Yes Monday has come around again, and this week am going to organize a storage box by my desk, to tidy it up, and put on some laundry and vacuum, and going to wash a towel and then going to start my day by going through what needs to be completed and then get items ticked off on my this weeks list and go through my other lists written. Yes I am a lady of lists, and I enjoy creating them, and make sure there are no loose ends to be tied up. I to have blogs finished, along with videos that need to be edited and uploaded and working on my books, too.

I did do part of it yesterday and cleared a bag of Poundland items which I showed in my 2nd Quarter Haul, and as I carry on this blog I have sorted out the storage bin near my desk and does look a lot better, but has made me realise I need to stop buying notebooks. Do you have too much of something? It can take over and so I need to rein myself in and take a look at what I have got.

My goal that I am going to set myself is to “Use what I have” and only buy what I need. I do like days where I don’t spend money. I find that it is a relief and so do need to get myself together, and NO MORE NOTEBOOKS, until I have finished using what I have got.
Yes the last day and it has gone so fast. We are heading into the 3rd quarter and have more things to come, and will be my “Summer Project 2022” and so more blogs to come.

Yes, yes and yes, tomorrow is the last day, and want to document it and to say thank you for reading my blogs and liking my content, I want it to reach out to you. I love being part of the blogging world and it has been one of the most amazing experiences I have ever discovered. This is not a goodbye, as next it will be my “Summer Project 2022”.
I never knew what Life Coaching was, and so when feeling low and felt my life wasn’t going anywhere I discovered Tony Robbins and has changed how I see my life. I am bopping at the moment listening to Jess Ware “Please” and it such a feel good song, and if you have had a bad day or a busy one, then put on some tunes and enjoy. I see music as poetry and connects me to the world and grown up using music as therapy and to mark different parts of my life.
Reading books is my next love and one that I would not do without, and love reading whilst travelling to wait for son to return from school and I do videos on my Youtube called All About books on my channel,
Typical London Gal, and review the books I have read and trying to read one a month and so important to help me write my own books. I do have quite a few, on amazon.com under my two names, Carrie Challoner and Carrie Holmes.
I then next thing is taking a shower each day and my first tea of the day and coffee. I don’t feel right when I don’t have these items, and would not change a thing. They help me function and so why change that? I know they say Caffeine is bad for you, but I feel it has benefits, I do drink decaf tea, but with coffee no. I love the kick it gives me so why change that? It is good to have things that you enjoy.
The next thing I enjoy is listening to podcasts and been listening to these on a daily basis. The ones I have been listening to, is Mel Robbins and Vern Cotton.
I do enjoy exercise to and do a short workout, just six exercises and then walking, and playing out in the garden with my son. I don’t do complicated or too extreme, but just enough to feel the results. Hello, so if you don’t know what I am talking about then please read my last weeks blog about it Monday rest/will I get it done . I wanted to see if this was a good habit to get into and plan doing this as a weekly habit. This was talked about a lot on Youtube and wasn’t sure if I could do it. So I decided I would try it out.
It helped set the day and a week on a high. So am going to do the same this Monday. I will be dusting my windowsill and fire place. Then I am going to vacuum and clear my rubbish. My laundry has all been done which never usually happened. I would put these jobs off.
It helped me to continue my monthly challenge for June, which was to sort one area of my life and both have helped me hand in hand, because it just helps with having the energy, and today as I write this blog Sunday Evening, I have done more today than I have done in a week.
This doesn’t mean I didn’t take a break. I did. I watched some of the Glastonbury Music Festival and feel ready to start a new week.
It is good to have structure and I live by having a routine. I need to set myself up and prep, with everything I do so I don’t lose momentum.
This is the key to getting more out of your day. I hate the word chore because it instantly puts me off. I like goal, because it is something I can build on. Something I can progress and sorting my life out is what keeps me afloat and awake.
Changing my habits from bad to good, is setting the tone of where I see myself. It gives me balance and is another key factor. If you have two bags of different weights this can be tricky to carry, but if they are at the same level then it is easier to carry.
So find balance in your life and build on your good habits and this will teach you, how to feel good and content, and feel that you’ve got more out of your days, rather than sitting int he same four walls all of the time.
