Being productive, being super productive, building a better wellbeing, creating more abundance in your life, creating positive habits, everyone can build a castle, implementing happy things, life coaching blog, life coaching tips, not being bogged down but getting it done, Personal Development, progject 2021, Self development, wordpress life coaching blog, wordpress life coaching site

Hello and welcome! So firstly if you have not been following my series of blogs for my programme “Project 2021” then please go to my Pinterest board which has all my recent videos and blogs, which has a lot of Life coaching tools and information. There is also new boards and sections I have created too, if you wanted to look at my other boards and pins.

So in this blog I am talking about How to not get bogged down but getting it done/Being super productive.

I firstly work with one notebook which is my main one and for me is a life saver. I did a video on one of my other sites which I write, on google and did a video about How I live in my notebook.

That is the first,

Tip 1# Find a system that makes scheduling your work simple and that can help you stick to it. I am creating a planner at the moment that I hope will help you, and will be for fello content creators.

Tip 2# If you have kids then separate your time, so when they are homeschooling give them tasks that they can do without supervision so you get work done, and spare an hour to help them and use the evenings to block time out to do your work.

When I have my dinner or do my skincare of an evening I will use this time to watch a bit of TV on BBC iPlayer for example or watch a Youtube video, and it is great to just have that time and do a bit of reading a day. This is a new habit I am Implementing at the moment and it has helped me to read a bit of a book if it is only reading one or two pages. It just good to do things that help me wind down and in the morning wake me up.

Tip 3# Batch your work. So on some days I will pre-film a few videos or put together a batch of blog posts ready to go live. It can save a huge amount and then have a “Take it easier day” and have that time to catch up on reading or watching television. Or even some cooking or go for a walk if you have been cooped up within 4 walls all week.

Locked in Illustrations and Clipart. 27,813 Locked in royalty free illustrations, and drawings available to search from thousands of stock vector EPS clip art graphic designers.

The other thing I try to do is the night before go through what I have done on that day and what else that needs completed, is there any overdue items not done? What is scheduled for the next day ahead?

Tip 4# Plan ahead on some days, but don’t over plan. Try to get what you still have left from the day before and then get todays list down, and make time for breaks.

Once I have my own home again, which is going to be soon in a few days it seems, I like to potter so I will be each day even though I don’t like cleaning I like to, just go around the home putting bits away, taking anything that needs to be put in a different room that hasn’t been put in its home and just go in each room, tidying and straightening out.

Tip 5# Set time to do this each day or twice a week. I find doing this helps the chaos that life can bring be stopped and get up to date with Home Projects.

So I hope these tips are helpful and I hope you have survived lockdown too, but waiting for it shift and be able to do more fun things again out of the home again.

Many thanks for reading, ‘

Hello and welcome! So it is Monday once again and for me it means new goals to set and many more days doing the things I love and hopefully soon being in my own home again.

If you would like to see my recent Life Coaching videos and blogposts then please see my Facebook Group page that you can join, to see them and use the Life coaching tips I share so you can have a better life and a better year:

https://www.facebook.com/groups/672751560073670

So in this blog post I am going to share about, Bringing New Habits into your week ahead.

I have even created a Printable click here to download and Print off:

good-habits-that-can-help-you-make-the-most-of-each-dayDownload

It doesn’t have to be a drastic change just something that adds Value to your day, and gives you a purpose to get up in the morning and gives you joy. I am all about the Self care and love now, as I could be very critical about myself and it would be a viscious cycle and you end up being so drained of putting yourself down, that even you want to tell your critic self to shut up.

A habit is a ritual, and I know we have been restricted with Lockdown but we can still function if we just take care to put on some Make up, take a bath and listening to chill out mindful music and light a scented candle. Or have a glass of wine whilst taking a bath. I think we have been fed too much about diet and what is good for our bodies and what isn’t. My grandad smoked all his life yet he died old age, and he had been in a middle a war literally so I know smoking isn’t a good habit, but in the end when he couldn’t go out that much having parkinson’s disease, it was the one thing he still had that he enjoyed. Why take that away?

Image result for free clipart image of people relaxing drinking wine

I don’t smoke but I do like a drink every now and again, and it was the one thing I have never felt guilty about, as I was always feeling guilty and often I would question, WHY AM I FULL OF GUILT? Often this feeling in bred into you, and I avoid emotional blackmail, as to me it is a no no.

Life isn’t about scoring points, playing games. It is living the life you have always dreamed of, being near those who are like minded and want to do positive things, even when you have those who want to shut you down. It’s your life and we all have to share this earth so I am all for LETTING PEOPLE LIVE HOW THEY WISH, NOT HURTING OR USING SOMEONE AS A VERBAL PUNCH BAG OR AN EXCUSE TO BE UNKIND!

As we are in a Pandemic a good habit is by doing and “Act of Kindness” like baking a cake for a neighbour, offering to clean your mums car or send them an E-Card. It is something I have always done and is one of the reasons why I create these posts, not to get pity or to drag on about not being confident, but to use to inspire and bring hope to people that may be feeling low because they can’t see love ones and want a change of scene.

Check out this new Act of Kindness Printable:

acts-of-kindnessDownload

Even sending them a message on Facebook Linkig a song you share with that person and childhood photo of you and them.

The new habits I do now:

  • Write in my Journal everyday
  • Use my Mrs Hinch Activity journal
  • May pray sometimes
  • Play music before I get up each day and when I go to bed
  • Have something to eat for breakfast and have dinner
  • Making sure I take regular breaks through my days so I don’t get burn out

So use this time to do things new and create some changes that are everlasting and make you smile each day.

creating everlasting memories, creating good powerful endorphins, everyone can build a castle, going to a holiday camp, happy holidays, happy living, history of britain, history of the holiday camps, Inspiring stories, stories that have a handful of wonderful memories, UK Holiday destinations, weekly wordpress blog posts

Hello and welcome! So this is a blog post I do each week and share many inspiring stories and the one thing I loved was going to a holiday camp as a kid, and what it had to offer. It was a holiday I looked forward to each year and became like my summer holiday home.

Image result for black and white pictures of famous uk holiday camps

Yes it meant having to go to the stone cubicles to have a wee because there was no toilet in the caravan we stayed in, but it didn’t matter to me and was a super holiday. The Holiday camps came around the 50’s after the war, and Butlins was one of the first to be created, along with Pontins and Haven Holiday homes.

I suppose if you’ve seen Dirty Dancing that is kind of based on a Holiday Camp, where there’d be swimming pools, fancy dress competitions, evening discos and entertainment, you would have food mainly in the caravan and the one in Clacton we went to, had a Pie ‘n’ mash stall and it was full of fun and days to remember.

Image result for black and white pictures of famous uk holiday camps

This is the one in Oldham, where the famous Double Act Cannon and Ball first performed and became a regular venue for up coming double acts and comedians, it was there main stage during the summer and would entertain everyone each night of the summer season, when they were first open. Now there is a massive variety and even the old bands like Buck Fizz who were my favourite band since a kid, perform at many holiday camps each summer season still.

I even did stand up in the one I worked on at Bognor Regis and would dance the night away and then work in the restaurants during the day. It was a place you could enjoy the beach but still didn’t have to go far to go to your Shelley or Caravan and dress up for the evening.

Image result for black and white pictures of famous uk holiday camps

Now they are open all year round and have theme weekends during the Autumn and Winter period but back when they first opened it was from May to September and be closed for the rest of the year.

They still made so a lot of money like they do now, because everything was on your doorstep and the one thing I love is Amusements and a camp with an Ice Cream shop, and who did not like a stick of rock? That was the delicacey of the seaside and holiday camps and I would often not eat my sticks of rock and would keep it for memory sake.

I even met my love there. No not the first marriage I had, but the second man I am going to marry soon and I was four years old and he was 14. He then went onto have a career in Comedy and TV and we kept meeting when I worked in London and when I was working at Butlins.

Who remembers Hi-de-hi? I loved it, absolutely one of my favourite shows on TV and yes inspired me to work on a Holiday camp, it was a place where I knew I was destined to go and I loved it. Yes you had those who would wind you up and want to avoid, but there were still some great people there I loved. It was a great place to have experienced and I would work at another. Hopefully I will be returning to the one in Clacton but lets see how things go.

Image result for comedians who have performed at holiday camps

So the first Butlins was created by a guy named Billy and he wanted to create a place where people could stay in the summer and have light entertainment, comedy wrestling, Bingo and day time events too.

My Dad actually took part in a diving competition once if I remember and me and my brother were always in the fancy dress contests and we won first and second price in one and that is where my love first saw me and we met, as I was asked by the host, why I was dressed as a Belly Dancer and I said “Because I loved The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe, and my Grandad liked Turkish Delight”.

I remember feeling cheated in that competition because my brother decided to be in the contest the night before so my mum had some Green and Yellow tissue paper and made him a Robin Hood Costume and won first prize.

Pontins though were the first and the one in Clacton was and still is the most popular holiday camp and I am dying to return there and I hope that the stall which you could hire a funny bike from, is there, as I loved going on these during my holidays, plus I once did have family who lived there and visited them regularly.

Image result for black and white photos of uk holiday camps

They were all situated near the beaches and the UK Coast lines, and I loved it when I would walk out of Butlins in Bognor Regis to walk along the Seaside and Clacton and have deck chairs available. You didn’t have to pay for them back then, and you would have some put in your caravan to use too.

My dream is to have a Caravan at the one in Claction, because the love of it has not gone away. I just love it, and will be always a place to have good memories and a bloody good holiday at. They are in a nutshell special places with a handful of good fun and memories, that last a lifetime.

Being productive, better living, Everyday living, everyone can build a castle, finding time to do the things you love, have more down time, having time for yourself, having well balanced lifestyle, life balance, Lockdown ideas, making the most of my time whilst in Lockdown, managing your work life balance, monday morning weekly post, my pinterest boards, not being bogged down with tasks, stop repetitive days, Wordpress weekly blog post

Hello, so yeah it is late in the day but I am still going to go with it, as I like to stick to my blog routine and so this post is about Making the most of my time whilst in Lockdown and one of the things I have been doing is, creating some new boards on Pinterest which I am going to share with you so see here:

  • Seasonal Living
  • Meal Ideas for those I love on Youtube
  • Make up, fashion and beauty on Youtube
  • British Legacy
  • Classic TV Shows
  • My Favourite Shows
  • Hauls Groceries, fashion and other things
  • Joke of the day

There is more that if I added them would make this blog super long, so If you would like to visit my Pinterest page then do. Here is the link:

I have updated my blog network site, where I put all my blogs and videos I do weekly, so do check this out:

https://carriesblognetwork.squarespace.com

I like to have different things to do each week and I haven’t felt restricted if I were to be truly honest. I know there will be those who will be getting fed up of trying to be busy still by cleaning which is always the bottom of my list, and feel that there is only so much cleaning you can do, without being fed up of wiping the same service each time. What I would say is to implement more down time then and don’t feel guilty about it.

Image result for free clipart images of someone relaxing watching TV

I bet now with Lockdown there are people etching to be back in a more work based environment as with kids being home too, can be tricky and you can begin to lose the plot a bit.

I would and going to implement it when I am back with my son fully again, is have a timetable still but with fun and flexible activities and so here is a blog post I wrote about, Home Classes you can do with your kids: https://theparentingadventurestipsandtricks.wordpress.com/2021/02/13/good-home-learning-classes-for-your-kids/

Still block schedule which I have spoken a lot about and it is blocking time through your day to do various different activities, so like for me between say 10 to 12noon, Go through blogs and videos schedule, afternoon: Lunch, Catch up on Youtube, take a break and then evening work on book, plan for the next day and take a shower.

my-block-scheduleDownload

It is important to make time for your kids but have a time where you can easily do things you need to get done without your kids crying for some attention.

I make sure I have a cut of time of when I get up and when I finish my work for the day so I still got balance and don’t get repetitive days and make time for the things I enjoy more than the things I don’t.

Lockdown, doesn’t have to mean the end of freedom or your life but implenting things that can still bring you happiness in the day and not feel worn down by do much juggling and balancing of things to do.

So looks like this could all shift by Easter and I am so in need for a McDonalds, a music festival, a football match and a browse around the shops I Love.

be productive when creating a todo list, becoming successful, being a writer of many things, creating happiness into your life, delegating tasks you don't like, everyone can build a castle, find stability in your life so you dont do too much and can delegate, happiness and wellbeing, have more freedom in your life, life coaching blog, self help blog, the life of a writer

Hello and welcome! So it is Sunday by the time this blog post goes live and if you would like to see this weekend’s chat video then click here: Weekend chat video, how I loves lists, could live in a house of notepads and stationary.

So to Find Stability in your life so you don’t do too much and can delegate if possible, it is good to go through the work you need to be done, and that includes the things you enjoy.

Image result for free clipart images of people working together

The one thing I would says is make two lists, one with the things you like doing and a list of what you don’t like doing.

As you may already know I make aswell as blogs, books, online courses and Youtube videos, so this means creating a lot from the hip and with books, blogs and even online courses involves proofreading and editing, and these are my two items I don’t always enjoy, so to make it easier or myself I will when writing a blog post edit as I go, with books just continue with writing the first draft, which I call a lot my skeleton draft and then once book is completed then I will edit, unless it is a biography type book.

I am looking forward to having some help in writing mainly my books, to have someone to proofread and edit for me, or help me with it, as I am quite protective of my work and that it is still from me, if it is a single handed piece of work. When it is shared, which some will be, then it will like a weight off my shoulders and as long as it is from both of our words then, I would pay for a editor to go through books to check the spelling and that it is easy to read and is a good written draft for publishing.

Sometimes another pair of eyes can help find the mistakes or areas of improvement when it is not you, and what is important to me is to have work that flows off the page and is easy reading.

Image result for free clipart images of someone kissing a washing machine

The other thing I don’t like is cleaning, yep bottom of my list and is something I would love to delegate but will do some myself, I just would like to have a housekeeper who can change bedding as I don’t make my bed and dust. Again is bottom of the list or not even acknowledged and I can’t put a duvet cover on a duvet to save my life and it just I find a real burden. I don’t mind washing up and do find this a therapy but a help of a Dishwasher would be nice. Now that is a thing I would wish for and I can’t wait to have my own washing machine again, as my mum has been doing this for me to help and it has, but can do it like I did before when I like and do two washes a week and have a tumble dryer. I love modern day appliances. I do like to hang dry on some occasions it is just take advantage if you can on machinery to do the work for you, whilst I drink a cup of coffee without it getting cold.

Then it is parenting. Now I have a separate site where I share tips and tricks: https://theparentingadventurestipsandtricks.wordpress.com

However, I would like to have time with my kids and have family time. It is important to me and so would like to have them still go to school but also join a club or time with other family,. Just be who he would like. I want my children if I do have anymore to take them to Clacton where I used to go as a kid myself and gave me so many wonderful memories.

I would like to have all my work batched and done ahead of time so I can still have blogs and books published but allows me to have some time off. So I would like to continue to write a blog post and have help scheduling them, with help with filming my Youtube videos also.

That is where delegating some tasks can help. Money and my finances is one and is being looked after and this will be a weight on my shoulders and I have tried so many ways to keep on top of it, but have failed everytime.

Image result for free clipart images of money falling out of someone's pocket

Cooking: Well I do enjoy sometimes but do like a Takeaway and I am not afraid to admit it. I also have a sweet tooth and did go through a phase where I was baking but because where I was living the built in oven we had was changed the confidence to bake went out of the window and do like to have on occasion have someone else cook whilst I eat, yet do still want to get back into the habit once I have my own kitchen to cook food from scratch that I like to eat and I am a dinner girl.

When I do move into London, which I am so looking forward to have loads of choice of where I can get food and am looking forward to a pub lunch or meal.

So looking forward to having some stability in my life and for delegating some tasks so I can have more time doing the things I love, not over working and be able to sit back with a cup of tea watching TV or a film or youtube. Life isn’t about doing chores all of the time, but being happy content and comfy.

Hello and welcome! Here is another blog for my Life Coaching series I am putting together and it is about Adding new Positive things into your life.

Please see link here for new Life Coaching videos uploaded to Youtube:

Life Coaching Videos Project 2021

Now I know we are in Lockdown still but we have to face the fact that it looks like it won’t be shifting anytime soon, but we can still create positivity and even create more knowing we haven’t got to rush anywhere.

Image result for free images of people learning
  • Organize a space a day. So I am not an organization enthusiast at all, it always gets put at the back of the list but doesn’t mean I don’t try. I love pottering around and when I had my own place, I would see a place that needed sorting out and just did it. It doesn’t have to be something that takes all day. I am moving soon, it is definite in London, and so looking forward to it and yes be organizing the best I can, to make it homely and comfy, which for me is important and with my new man
  • Add a new positive habit. So each morning I will spend sometime journalling, go through my notepad to help keep tabs with what I have done each day and that needs to be done, and journal using my new Mrs Hinch Activity Book and now I choose a song to tweet and is music that has been part of my life. Plus I write in one of my planners things I wish to do each evening before I shut up shop for the day
  • Take up a new skill. I love doing short online courses and will be doing more and I have some Online courses in Customer Service and it is great to learn different things and it is so easy to do now we have the joy of the internet. Check out my Education Network: https://carrieseducationnetwork.thinkific.com/
  • Read a bit a day. If you are struggling to read a book then have time set each day to do some and what I do often is try to, depending on the length of a book, is to read a chapter a day. I love reading and it can take me a while at times, but is something I have loved as a kid and it just helps me switch off and do something for myself each day.
  • Read other motivation blog posts and article. As part of my job as a writer I do have to often do research and read other blogs and articles. Let me just add I do not copy but it is for inspiration and motivates me to keep creating original content of my own and be in touch with the blog writing world. Here is one blog I enjoy reading via a site called Bloglovin: https://theeverygirl.com/
  • Do from 5 to 10 minutes of exercise a day. I do like to exercise but since being run down I haven’t done any for a few weeks but when I do it does relax me in a funny kind of way and helps get up and get out of bed each day. See my site where I talk about keeping fit: https://sportsandfitnesscoaching.com
  • Eat one healthy meal a week if not everyday and plan a fun meal each day. I love theme meals some days and it just helps with being happy to cook and motivates me to buy certain foods, each week. Check out my blog site: https://carrieshomestyleandfashion.wordpress.com site where I do a weekly Shopping ideas and Meal ideas weekly post
  • Create an online course of your own. I love developing new Online courses as well as enrolling on them and it can be so easy now. There is Thinkific and Skillshare where you can set up courses with no costs involved

Life doesn’t have to be the same everyday and you still being in Lockdown can have fun and be with family.

Never be stuck in a rut but make changes that will help you through this Pandemic and remember with the wonders of the Internet and modern technology we can still socialise and have a Zoom meeting each week to interact with people we still have in our lives and remember Facetime too.

Many thanks for reading,

Being happy, being with good people, creating happiness into your life, Developing a new foundation in my life, everyone can build a castle, happiness and wellbeing, looking after your wellbeing, Personal Development, Removing negativity from your life, Self development, stay clear of bad people

So I wrote a post like this some time ago and said how I had a good foundation of people in my life, and that it is good to have that around you. I do still feel the same but the people who are now my foundation are different people and having a horrendous seven years, I have come to realise that those original people didn’t have my back and were very much against me.

Image result for free images of people smiling and talking to each other

I am someone who believes in Love that is out of this world and I have that now being in a new relationship which some may mock but I don’t care.

I was not on this planet to please everyone and to be like someone else. I am me and I am at a place now in my life where I feel contentment and very much sure of myself and it is changing those in your life that can bring a bad smell in your life alone and be with good hearted people who will always have your back no matter what.

I have created more Life Coaching video content on my Youtube channel and put together a playlist so here is a link for you to check these out:

https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL0AyektQNGDFmE8QBKFktqKMwZ2bswZoc

It can be hard work when someone just wants to go against everything you say or do, but I am a fighter and have found a strength within me that I never knew was there and has helped me to battle my way forward and create a lot of things that only some can dream of.

Image result for free images of people smiling and talking to each other
https://assets.teenvogue.com/photos/5cc87f63fd5c3c625bd68ade/16:9/w_992,h_558,c_limit/00-promo-parks-rec.jpg

Now when I say that I feel I have to justify those feelings, and concious of not wanting to show off but isn’t it my right to compliment myself? That’s been part of what has been drumed in me to not wanting to praise myself, but I am not going to stop being kind to myself as I can be my worst critic at times too. Recognising your strengths and self awareness is a big step forward and makes you see,

“Oh I am not that bad as I think I am and I have finally found the qualities within me that will drive me to success and forget those who want to attack and I am not going to stop believing in myself when once it was seemed wrong and will be my own Life Coach and as Cyndi Lauper sang “Be as Strong as I can””.

I am not doing this because I feel that I have not had a bad life because I have had a good one. I never was left hungry or without clothes, but now at the age of 42 have seen that there will always be those who remain your friends and family, but there are those that won’t and you just need to let go and push forward and live not exist, and create a foundation that is filled with love, faith and empowerment, that will catch you if you fall sometimes and be there to celebrate your success too.

So stay safe, stay strong and never let anyone get you down.

So each week I write an Inspiring stories post and thank you so far for your kind feedback I am so glad you are liking them. So this week it is about The Comedy with a lot of War History and still there is Clive Dunn and Ian Lavender who were stars in the sitcom who have lots of stories as most are no longer here but in spirit still, and told the story of Veterans who petrolled the streets of London and Britain whilst other folk went out to fight across the globe in World War 2 which it was set, and that is Dad’s Army.

  • It is a brilliant comedy with a brilliant catchy tune, “Who do you think you are kidding Mr Hitler”, and the majority of the cast were in fact retired and came out of retirement to be in the show.

It showed the funny side of the war and how they would try to make friends with the enemy and was a constant pop at Germany our arch rivals and a lot of it was, off the cuff and not scripted. They never did that many takes and sometimes left the bloopers in as it made it even funnier.

My favourite one is when they have to sleep in a barn and comaflage themselves in hay, and my favourite Pike played by the wonderful Ian Lavendar is dressed up like a Gangster.

Clive Dunn who I also adored and I know someone who knew him very well as he was a local gentleman, a Londoner, and as Ian Lavendar was a teenager when it was filmed as he was the clerk in Captain Manoring’s Bank, was taken under their wing and was famous for the catchphrase of Mr Manoring “Stupid Boy” whilst Clive Dunn’s charactor catchphrase was, “Don’t Panic Mr Manoring”.

Many of it was filmed in a studio outside London and in the countryside where they could build pretend trenches and use it to look like a battlefield and had leaves over their helmets with pretend weaponry.

It first aired in 1959 and was black and white and then when they did more shows in the 80’s it was in colour and again many retired and then came back again to be in those episodes too.

You can always tell a good comedy when the whole cast show there enjoyment of being in it and you can see many are laughing along with the audience.

Now they are shown on UK Gold and they are still as funny as they were back then and would be a relief after the war as the serious side of it was that many that fought didn’t make it back home, and so it made good TV, because sometimes coming to terms with such an iconic event, it enabled the country to look back and laugh about parts of World War 2 and celebrates it in a way that no other show did.

There were many episodes made that didn’t get aired and so they have tried to remake some of the shows, and I suppose it gives others a chance to experience being in such an iconic comedy like that and was timeless. The gags were rememberable and all the cast were national treasures and will live on to be one of the best UK Sitcomes ever made on British TV, and you can’t bit the classics and the material was good because it wasn’t overly staged and was good from the start of the show to the end.

Dad’s Army you are a fine art and the writers deserve a cheers because it bought happiness to all our homes and will continue to do so. It does help me keep memories as I would watch it with my Nan and Grandad, which others have claimed too, and yes was tremendous TV.

a week of no blogging, break tasks down and learn to delegate, building a team, Building success in your life, delegating tasks you don't like, everyone can build a castle, goal lists, having a foundatioin, having a some time out, monday morning post, priortizing, taking a break from work, taking a break to focus on one thing, working from home tips and advice, working on self published books

Hello, so this blog is pre-written because I am today scheduling blog posts for this week so I can have a week of no blogging and focus purely on my book, which is a comedy and so there will be posts going live in the week but done so I don’t have to worry about not posting my regular weekly blogs like this one.

Here is my latest Weekend Chat video: Ten People who I would have at a dinner party if I could choose anybody

It is good to take time out to just focus on one thing and I like making space to spend a week on my boxes rather than fitting it in a day or two. I will be uploading videos still and I will be posting on Pinterest and on Instagram but having a bit of a time out.

If you are new to working from home then my tip,

  • Is to do what you can not give yourself too much to do and break it down.
  • A plan for the week ahead and be somewhat flexible if some thing crops up unexpectantly
  • Still set an alarm each day you work, and make sure you still have days off
  • Have a cut of time for each day like you would if you were working outdoors, and keep tabs on how long you spend on things
  • Be ahead. If there are ten minutes jobs to do first then I am a believer that you do those first and give yourself time to work out a schedule for the day if you don’t do the night before.
  • Longer jobs should be last, as I once did it reverse and found it hard to keep tabs on tasks if I put longer ones at the top of a to do list, which I call a goals list. I see todo lists chores and puts me off, so I call these goals which really they are and I do now accomplish more seeing tasks like that each day and week
  • Don’t make it harder for yourself but easier, and so have a Functional Work Station see my new Organize4thebetter post: https://organize4thebetter.blogspot.com/2021/02/functioning-work-base-personally-for-you.html
  • Don’t be put off taking a break because of someone thinks they have stopped you because they are being jealous, resentful or carniving. There are those who are arrogant and don’t see blog writing, creating books, online courses or Youtube videos as work. Let me tell you it is and yes I am making my own money which is being kept for me and with someone I trust. It is an insult in creating these and my hard work. No one has right to tarnish anyone’s works because it isn’t something they would do
  • Create a foundation of good people who you can delegate work to. I am at the moment having channels set out for me so soon some of the tasks I do can be done for me. I am not a fan of editing so will be getting help with this and leave space for tasks I do like doing

I bet we are all feeling the pressure of the current Pandemic, but lets all pull together get rid of gremlins who just want to demolish everything you do and be safe and strong.

controlling the mind, everyone can build a castle, find therapy, health and wellbeing, life coaching blog, living a stable life, living in a happier life, Looking after your mind, looking after your wellbeing, looking after yourself, managing the mind, stress management, wordpress self help site

Hello. So first of all I have created more videos for my Life coaching programme. So if you would like to see these then click on this link: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL0AyektQNGDFmE8QBKFktqKMwZ2bswZoc

In this blog post I am talking about Managing the mind as when we feel self concious it can stop us from achieving the things we want and often reach a full stop, not knowing where we want to go next.

Image from: https://thumbs.dreamstime.com/b/stress-management-break-office-work-idea-concentration-relaxation-positive-thinking-set-colorful-icons-isolated-flat-140424445.jpg

So it is important we look after our minds and take time to deal with critters that creep in and stop you in your tracks. So the first tip is to,

  • talk to them in you mind.

So sounds a bit mad, but that’s just me. I say to mine “No I will go for a run, or I will fit in a workout indoors”. Having a secret mindful conversation with the inner critic can deal with head on and stop it from controlling what you to and stop you.

  • Drink something that makes you excel and breath.

I don’t function with my morning cup of tea and coffee, and it just gives me time to breath and focus on my cuppa and be with the world at the same time.

  • Find a therapy

So this could be Talking to someone, listening to music or reading a book even. Many people even use exercise like Yoga, as it helps you to get in touch with your body and helps you switch off and feel peaceful and calm

  • Clear Daily cobwebs away

So walking is what helps me with this and so does writing and listening to music as mentioned above, but also I have gotten into the habit of writing in my journal without fail everyday.

I also have been on twitter choosing a song a day that has been part of my life and why I love the song. I also write in another planner/journal of a wish or wishes

  • Find Stability in your life

So I have a new love in my life. Someone I have known for a long time and they give me stability and I have that part of my life sealed and desperate to see, as we haven’t been able to alot because of COVID. Stabilty can even be delegating jobs. Stop trying to do so much

  • Have Flexibility in your life

So what do I mean. I don’t always have things set in stone in fact I like to vary the things I do each day, and be ready for any last minute events. This helps stop repetition and becoming bogged down.

  • Embrace life and people

If you embrace life more, the more of a good life you will lead and this is because you aren’t allowing challenges to prevent you from having a good life with as mentioned above stability and welcoming new things that come into your life and meeting new people.

  • Leave out the old and live in the new

Words from a song by Dina Carrol “A Perfect Year” Written by Sir Andrew Lloyd-Webber and Sir Tim Rice.

So what do those words mean, well leave the old so the past and focus on a new, the new year. I have been someone who would dwell on the passed events in my life good and bad, and all the things that have taunted and haunted me, but looking back and focusing on good memories, my life wasn’t that bad I just needed to be with the right people, and to have a better life you do need to let many things go.

So be good to yourself. Leave the criter and be you. There are some great mind managing tips on this site: https://www.mind.org.uk/
