Hello and welcome! So firstly if you have not been following my series of blogs for my programme “Project 2021” then please go to my Pinterest board which has all my recent videos and blogs, which has a lot of Life coaching tools and information. There is also new boards and sections I have created too, if you wanted to look at my other boards and pins.
So in this blog I am talking about How to not get bogged down but getting it done/Being super productive.
I firstly work with one notebook which is my main one and for me is a life saver. I did a video on one of my other sites which I write, on google and did a video about How I live in my notebook.
That is the first,
Tip 1# Find a system that makes scheduling your work simple and that can help you stick to it. I am creating a planner at the moment that I hope will help you, and will be for fello content creators.
Tip 2# If you have kids then separate your time, so when they are homeschooling give them tasks that they can do without supervision so you get work done, and spare an hour to help them and use the evenings to block time out to do your work.
When I have my dinner or do my skincare of an evening I will use this time to watch a bit of TV on BBC iPlayer for example or watch a Youtube video, and it is great to just have that time and do a bit of reading a day. This is a new habit I am Implementing at the moment and it has helped me to read a bit of a book if it is only reading one or two pages. It just good to do things that help me wind down and in the morning wake me up.
Tip 3# Batch your work. So on some days I will pre-film a few videos or put together a batch of blog posts ready to go live. It can save a huge amount and then have a “Take it easier day” and have that time to catch up on reading or watching television. Or even some cooking or go for a walk if you have been cooped up within 4 walls all week.
The other thing I try to do is the night before go through what I have done on that day and what else that needs completed, is there any overdue items not done? What is scheduled for the next day ahead?
Tip 4# Plan ahead on some days, but don’t over plan. Try to get what you still have left from the day before and then get todays list down, and make time for breaks.
Once I have my own home again, which is going to be soon in a few days it seems, I like to potter so I will be each day even though I don’t like cleaning I like to, just go around the home putting bits away, taking anything that needs to be put in a different room that hasn’t been put in its home and just go in each room, tidying and straightening out.
Tip 5# Set time to do this each day or twice a week. I find doing this helps the chaos that life can bring be stopped and get up to date with Home Projects.
So I hope these tips are helpful and I hope you have survived lockdown too, but waiting for it shift and be able to do more fun things again out of the home again.
Many thanks for reading, ‘

There is more that if I added them would make this blog super long, so If you would like to visit my Pinterest page then do. Here is the link:
I have updated my blog network site, where I put all my blogs and videos I do weekly, so do check this out:
I like to have different things to do each week and I haven’t felt restricted if I were to be truly honest. I know there will be those who will be getting fed up of trying to be busy still by cleaning which is always the bottom of my list, and feel that there is only so much cleaning you can do, without being fed up of wiping the same service each time. What I would say is to implement more down time then and don’t feel guilty about it.
I bet now with Lockdown there are people etching to be back in a more work based environment as with kids being home too, can be tricky and you can begin to lose the plot a bit.
Still block schedule which I have spoken a lot about and it is blocking time through your day to do various different activities, so like for me between say 10 to 12noon, Go through blogs and videos schedule, afternoon: Lunch, Catch up on Youtube, take a break and then evening work on book, plan for the next day and take a shower.
It is important to make time for your kids but have a time where you can easily do things you need to get done without your kids crying for some attention.
I make sure I have a cut of time of when I get up and when I finish my work for the day so I still got balance and don’t get repetitive days and make time for the things I enjoy more than the things I don’t.
Lockdown, doesn’t have to mean the end of freedom or your life but implenting things that can still bring you happiness in the day and not feel worn down by do much juggling and balancing of things to do.
So looks like this could all shift by Easter and I am so in need for a McDonalds, a music festival, a football match and a browse around the shops I Love.
Hello and welcome! It is the middle of the week and I have started to bullet journal again, and going through what I have achieved over the weekends and weekdays has been a real eye opener to see what I can do just within two to three days.
Life isn’t really all about quantity but quality, making everyday count from the moment you wake up to the moment you go to bed.
I am all about productivity and using the time I have free to not just focus on what I have to do or go to do, but on what I want to do.
I like spending time being peaceful, watching the world go by not worrying about my to do’s for half an hour to an hour, and just be.
Going through everything I have accomplished through the day has helped take things steady and have even gotten round to making a proper blog schedule that I can stick to, and that has helped with having more time to be just with myself in my mind, not having to rush anywhere.
Acknowledging your achievements can empower your look on life and create more abundance, and value for each day. Being stuck in four walls which many have had to do, because of COVID 19 has taken its toll, so now we can travel and explore again, I can do more to fulfill my life which gives me a better wellbeing.
Life doesn’t have to be all about working hard, but living, being spontaneous on some days, going beyond the norm and creating a more happier and stable life.
Hello and welcome to my new blogpost and thank you to those that have spent the time reading my blogs and liking them, it really does mean a lot.
In order to become a success you have to dream it big, and I mean visualize what it is and what it feels like.
Really paint a good picture, adding colour and people into your dream. Who is with you that could help you accomplish your dreams?
Are there things that are secretly and I mean subconsciously holding you back, and how can you get through these hurdles so you can continue to reach your dream goal, whatever it may be.
Write or draw out the image in your mind and what you see and feel. Then write down what the final outcome is and what this feels like and really paint a good picture.
If people tell you that it just not possibly, use this as a signal to try even harder and to show them actually it can happen. You will always have doubters you just have to overcome them.
I wrote a blog post about being Be Ruthless in achieving success sometimes you have to throw the punches and argue by taking action that it can happen and it will happen.
There is always possibilities so go for your dreams and never let anyone hold you back.
At the moment we are all in self isolation and there are many reasons why we can lose faith in what we want to accomplish in our lives aswell as like me I look at my bed and sometimes contemplate whether to lie back in it or not.
That can become the norm if we are not careful and end up wasting so many days and going over what we need to do each day.
Here are 7 tips on how to be productive during self isolation:
So my first tip of this blog is to:
Tip 1# Have a plan of action
What do you add is what you want to accomplish that particular day and a deadline.
Tip 2# Create a block schedule
Check out my own schedule I have created which you can use as a guide or to print off.
I have a gratitude journal and even have one I use to write gags in, Bob Monkhouse, always had a load of joke books and now they have been put away in safe keeping. If you want to create a bit of humour in writing a journal, or even put together an art journal.
Tip 4# Take time for yourself to see how much you can get done
We all need time out and there is no time like the present, but we can still be productive by scheduling TV and quiet time
Tip 5# Set a side to catch up on research to help build your skills and knowledge each week
I love to learn to things and often will do a course via Reed.co.uk as you can learn so much at little cost.
Tip 6# Plan as much as you can before Monday before the busy school run
I always use my Sundays to catch up on any finished jobs like updating Henry’s school diary, go through his book bag and any last minute things we need ready for the school week.
Getting ahead of myself is what I am about so anything I am not able to do, I do at the weekends
Tip 7# Use your time wisely so mornings, evenings and weekends
These are good times for me and I also give myself some TV time for some evenings or catching up on Youtube to help do some research or to just do something different.
So I hope you have found this useful and until next time
Hi and welcome to Monday’s post which all about Being Productive during Lockdown.
There are still plenty of things you can do:
Use the extra days in the weekend to catch up on work and errands, because I find these days I can be super productive as Henry spends the weekends at his dads, so I use this time to catch up on my work.
Have your showers and wash hair the night before rather than the morning as I find doing this whilst my son is a sleep along with the rest of the family as it just saves me so much time the next day
Create a goal a day to achieve, so my goal for today is “Work on my book” which I have done
Forget multi tasking concentrate on one task at the time
Be Smart so Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Time
Make a list and then break each item on the list down
Have free choice days or hours, where you can do anything you choose
Spend some time writing a journal. I live by mine
Create a playlist on Youtube to listen to whilst you work or do chores. It really helps with getting stuff done.
I love having productive days and whilst we are in lockdown it is good to make the most of each day and get things ticked of on our To Do list.
I have created a printable, which is a productive worksheet.
