Day 15/30 Day Challenge/Opening your mind to judgement

Commenting on someones weight, commenting on somebody’s life and commenting on someones dreams.

Has this been you? I hate those who judge other people and I have caught myself from doing so and it is “Who are you to judge?” it is not up to me and people say “Yeah in an ideal world” but do you have to judge other people? Getting to know people, yes, listening to people, yes and seeing the big picture of what is truly going on in someones life, yes.

When People Judge: Why It's Not Really About You

There is a 10 commardment of don’t judge those on how you wouldn’t like them to judge you.

Yet people still do it and it seeing it, it’s their actual problem not the person they are judging and in some way they get satisfaction from that.

It is often because it feels good to throw a hurt at someone when it goes for those that judge and making assumptions about people yet they haven’t given that person a chance to be heard yet they expect others just be quiet and its looking down on people for no real reason.

There are people who don’t like my approach in being laid back and flexible, but I have seen better things in doing so and I am a open minded person which gets judged a lot of too.

I am not someone who follows always on how someone else lives but I set standards for myself as I can says I don’t know everything yet in some peoples mind it is “Well you should?” There are things that I am good at like writing and the feedback has been an eye opener and I know that my words are doing more than just words but they do have meaning and when began blogging had no idea of whow they would be received.

So, for me it is:

Get to know that peron who you see. I always go on if they are good and lovely for real its when you actually meet them that counts and you can tell from 5 words if they are really a nice person or not and their body language too.

If you feel that you have been judged then ask them “Why are you judging me?” and be open to then give then a sense of control still but make it clear you have boundaries and you don’t like to be judged and you’ll find if you do it, they are the ones who will begin screaming and shouting.

So look after yourself and #BeKind to yourself too.

Day 14/30 Day Challenge/What is a Super Human Being

Hello and can I say hand on heart your likes and follows mean the world to me and so thank you with all my heart.

This is blog 14 of my 30 day blog challenge. Posting everyday on this site and this days blog is about What is a Super Human Being.

One Love Foundation on Twitter: "If you're curious about how One Love education can improve relationships, save lives, and inspire people in your community to #lovebetter, join our FREE Student Leadership events

Watching the news today which I don’t tend to watch all of the time, my heart goes out to those who across europe has had massive flooding and lost their homes due to this disaster and I will say a prayer for them and that they get their homes back and no more flooding occurs.

So being a Super Human is those who like many who go out of their way to help other people and its those who are doing so because its what they are their for and would still save people even if they never worked for the Emergency services.

I think a lot people deserve credit for what they come across in their everyday life yet it is part of who they are. I think of my friend in Peabody called Kelly who was hurt badly one day and ended up being Brain Damaged because of it, yet before this happened she was mature beyond her years and would be like the third parent to her siblings and I would spend time to help her do that. Her parents were lovely people and made life on the estate easy living yet they as a family did have some turbalents yet they carried on living and being cheerful.

When reading a fitness Womens Fitness of people that created running clubs for people and did that at first like a hobby and then became addictive and it did for me. After doing the London 10K twice raaising money for Help For Heroes and Cancer Research it was so rewarding and people who were competing giving me encouragement and it was an honour to have taken part.

I think about those who created Monkey Music to help mums and babies with their development and created mother and toddler groups where you can have a chat with other mums and making tea and coffee and those who work in afterschool clubs, how they use up their evening to help kids to have fun when their parents are working hard too to put food on the table.

I am glad the Queen is honouring those who never often get mentioned in the honours list and feel that this has turned a corner and more people who do life saving jobs to be honoured each year for the bravery and the cost of their own lives too.

Hello and welcome! So I amended my blog from yesterday as I jumped ahead thinking it was my 14th blog already but no it was my 12th blog and now carrying on with challenge as it is DAY 13!

In this blog post I am talking about, Just when you thought your dream was taken away.

Having Bad Day Stock Illustrations – 29 Having Bad Day Stock Illustrations, Vectors & Clipart - Dreamstime

If you have hit some hurdles in your life you can often be surprised of what card has been handed to you and you think “Wow well I didn’t see that coming” when often we do but we ignore it and can often be in denial.

I have been knocked down a lot in my life and I think that is why I am here today because I have had to often fight for my place in life and life can become a tug of war.

So, just when I thought I wouldn’t get the Job back when I first started work I get the phone call that I got it, when I was travelling do the Great North Run thought that I wouldn’t be able to complete it, but checking the map for the first time as I took my time to get up the north england I finished in less time that initially planned.

When I thought the cup when going to dancing school and thought I’d never get it would be handed to someone else I won it and go to keep it for a year and then left due to work and then after writing to many football clubs before trying to find a full time job, became a Steward for a season at Fulham Football club and then got to do work experience helping the groundman too.

I thought this blog would just get a few followers I am now in the hundreds of followers and I thank you all for that as I honestly have not expected it, but yes, got great feedback and that means the world to me.

So you can achieve whatever you want just never stop believing and dreaming as more goods thing are always on the cards, you just have to fight your way sometimes, but reading the blog over I am proud of myself and I don’t feel guilt for doing so, and neither should any of us.

Day 12/30 day blog challenge/Inspiring Stories weekly post/The UK Holiday

Tags

Hello and welcome to a new Inspiring stories post and this week I am talking about The UK Holiday.

So as a kid we would go on regular holidays in Seawick in Clacton and I have posted a blog about this Inspiring Stories: History of the Holiday Camps

I would often go camping in Newbury and spend a Sunday near Chertsey. Would travel with the Pub Football Team which consisted of my Dad and his mates from Chelsea, London and go to Rye.

570 British Seaside - Vintage Images ideas | british seaside, seaside, great british

Now we are still living the Pandemic still travelling abroad this year is going to be tricky due to the amount of Travel Issurance you have to pay, so many will be taking a UK Holiday and when I think of this it seems so old fashioned, but the best times away have been travelling to and from different UK attractions. I hope the rain holds off so I can take my son to the coast again and I love caravans. The Caraven was always popular in the UK and it still is. I loved it as it felt like a holiday and we would buy a kite and would be with our grandparents.

The UK then got taken over by holiday makers like we did for white going abroad instead, which effected many holiday camps and seaside towns where many Britains would go before going abroad became hugley popular and in expenisve. Many seaside resorts lost a lot of money and cities in the UK example London became hugely popular with tourism which made up for the loss the seaside resorts did, yet when I worked at Butlins it was one of the popularist holiday camps in Britain and on the south coast of England.

People would come down for adult weekends, and then other privately owned camps began to make up some money by doing the same yet played second in holidays for a while.

It has got back to its feet and now this year I predict that many will holiday in the UK rather abroad due to COVID and people wanted to have a safer holiday by doing so.

So if you had good holidays in the UK then I’d love to hear your stories. You can do so by commenting below.

Day 11/30 Day Challenge/Monday Post/Good ways to learn from the Euros/Becoming the best in the world

Tags

, , , ,

Hello and welcome to blog 11 and I have talking about the what we can learn from Euros and becoming the best in the world.

Check out my Monday Chat video:Talking football and what is coming up in terms of content this week.

Well first off what is your niche? Who are you? When you think about your life as it is how would you rate it from 1 being awful, 10 being the happiest you have ever been.

Motivational Quotes: 200+ Inspiring Quotes to Win 2021

So what can we learn:

  1. Never give up. Life is full of paths ones we take without thinking and ones we often can question.
  2. If you had a points table how would you score yourself. Is there anything peronally you want to work on and build
  3. Be fully charged. Find items that gives you maximum energy and happiness. Footballers don’t just go out and play football but have daily habits that they do before a match. So a ritual can help to prepare for the day and any challenges that come your way

Becoming the best in the world:

  1. Take on the challenges and look at the competition and research things that noone else ever mentions and have good system that helps build yourself to be best at what you truly love to do, not just on the day but will help accomplish goals for the year
  2. Write down the fears you have and address each one and how you can overcome them
  3. Be your own judge and reflect on each task you do and is it something you enjoy or something you feel you have to do?
  4. Focus your mind on the ultimate reward. So rehearse in your mind of the receiving the car you want or the home you want
  5. Log each achievement done and again rehearse completing them and that is each step you take too

We all want that break where at last you get noticed for your what you do and thank you for following me and liking blogs it really means the world to me.

Many thanks,

Carrie X

Day 10/30 day challenge/Taking time out to practice kindness that can be so rewarding and empowering

Tags

, , , ,

Hello! This blog has been prewritten for Sunday, as I don’t post any live blogs on this day, and in this blog I am talking about Taking time out to practice kindness that can be so rewarding and empowering, and it is a simple as holding the door for someone, or dedicating a blog post to someone and I want to praise people like Lenny Henry who with Bob Geldoff came up with Comic Relief and raising money for kids in Africa and then in the UK.

70 Simple Random Acts of Kindness You Can Do Every Day -

We do need to protect and building up the next generation and I am concisous of myself of how sometimes I have taken other people for granted that now I have grown and realised no that’s not me.

I do common courtesy and it has been enbedded for me so I do like I drink water, and supporting those that have fallen then built their lives up that has inspired me like Tony Robbins and Rod Stewart with his music.

No one likes a door shut in their faces and that does happen but that teaches you how not to be.

Sending a card every month to a relative or friend to check in on them and now social distancing is being removed slightly we will be able to visit our friends and relatives on their own.

Organize a gathering and do the Tea and Cake afternoons with Murie Curie Cancer or Dementia and if it is birthday and sunny why to arrange a BBQ for those friends you haven’t seen for ages to raise money for charity.

Visit a Charity shop as I love doing this as it is amazing on what you can find. Buy books for someone for their birthday and arrange a book club to raise money for good causes.

Anything that helps those in greater need than ourselves. Do a Fundraising walk or run and have celebration of a small gathering to reward yourself. It is all empowering and can make such a difference.

Create a project like I have done this year, doing my Project 2021 which I turned into an online course:

Day 9/30 Day Challenge/Personal Development/Have a strategy to your life

Tags

, , , ,

Hello and welcome! In this blog post I am talking about Personal Development and have a strategy to your life.

So what is Personal Development?

Well it is anything to self care to self help and getting a balanced life that can lower the stress and create more abundance and power to your life.

It has taken me years to get to know myself and often I didn’t like being me. I had to get over that as I didn’t want to pass these insecurities to the my son or too any other children I have looked after since a kid myself.

Best Life Pictures [HD] | Download Free Images on Unsplash

I never want my son to not like himself and be proud of who he is and that means seeing the good things about me and I now practice Affirmations that are important to me and how to feel good about myself.

I am not saying this works for all but it can help.

So get a notebook and write down quotes that tell you about you, and imagine yourself looking at you and find quotes to write down that can tell you about yourself, and I put down “I am worth more” or “I am own teacher so be kind to myself”.

I myself will look in the mirror of myself and say things lik “Thats not me not the girl I see in my head” so I wil argue “What is really wrong, does matter if I am different so be it”. I have learned that it is good to be different. The world doesn’t need 15 people all being the same so why should we try? I seen that everyone is unique and we all capable building our life out to then teach others, and that is always what I think about when I feel insecure now.

I think of the implacations it can have and so I have a Strategy now where by I will go through to acknowledge it and then push them away.

A Strategy is where you have way of gaining control over how you feel about yourself when it comes to personal development and make a promise to yourself and give yourself some care and time to learn about life and on yourself.

Its all about be in charge of your thoughts and fears so they don’t take over.

I also write other blogs and have a Youtube channel so why not check this out here:

How to Overcome the 9 Most Common Obstacles That Prevent People From Living Their Dreams | Inc.com

Hello! It is Friday and Day 8 of my 30 day blog challenge where I will post a blog a day for 30 days on this site.

In this blog post I am writing about Building a career and developing your life, and there are some real simple ways for doing this.

  1. To set standards for yourself. Listen to critics and use it to help you be stronger and use it to build not knock you down
  2. If you can find a good mentor to help you work towards a career. I am currently working with a Career Specialised to help me find work in an industry that I have been officially wanting to work in and is a great way to help you towards a job you have always wanted
  3. If you are working in a industry that you don’t feel happy about anymore. This means time for a change. Update your life by following your dreams and aspirations and if it means doing some courses towards it then do so and get in touch with mental health specialists who can help get your life back on track
  4. Develop a team to help you. My Social worker has been the one who has introduced me to a career specialised as mentioned above and so feel that I have once again a good team of people helping me and with working in Mental health being in a hospital is going to teach me a whole lot more.
  5. Work through challenges but never use them to hold you back. As with standards set yourself personal goals and targets and believe in yourself. As soon as you here self criticism acknowlege and then go through it but then write dowm the pros to make those challenges be addressed and then worked towards the biggest goals you have set.

It is all about keeping life Simple but full of more good things and meeting new people and forever expanding yourself.

Day 7/30 day challenge/What A Day is like for me

Tags

, , , ,

Hello and welcome to Day 7 where I am posting everyday for 30 days (so the entire month) on this site and thank you for the likes I have received so far it really means the world to me.

So, What a day is like for me? Well I do a Day in a life videos on Friday to Sunday, or just Saturday sometimes, and in the week Tuesday’s and Wednesdays.

I start between 6:30 to 8am to get my first cup of tea of the day along with some breakfast. Being a writer I do have various things to do each day and soon i will be doing other work whilst I keep writing my books, blogs, creating Youtube videos and online courses. Check out my site: https://carrieseducationnetwork.thinkific.com/

Blog and book writing is hardwork as coming up with new ideas is tricky yet I have done it and now on this site alone I have over 100 followers and it keeps me on my toes but makes me see that what I am trying to achieve with my writing, is happening.

It has taken a long time, but for me it is a lot of conmunity based and I love being part of the Blog and Book writing world.

I will drink Caffienated drinks as I feel it helps me take a break and keeps me from feeling sleepy throughout the day. I will have a snack or two, but moderately and I will fit in some exercise and today I wrote some notes whilst sitting in the park.

I will take a break from posting any blogs live and that is on Sundays, and Mondays and Thursdays I use this time not filming day in a life videos use it to do some Admin, like updating my schedule as I like to block schedule my days. I hope to be able to work in the local library at some point again or in a coffee shop which has good Wifi.

I always go for a walk and do errands, I will clean my work base and look after my room, and then wind down and swtich off from the day.

It can be so easy to work, work and work, but then it can become like a chore which I avoid and so will do different things each week rather being repetitive keeping it fresh, but enjoying it at the same time.

So I hope this blog has been informative and more blogs to come as I continue my 30 day challenge.

Many thanks for reading,

Day 6/30 day blog challenge/Blog a day/Inspiring stories/Sports men and women/Euros and Olympics

Thank you so far for those following and viewing my blog posts it really means the world to me, and means that you are helping me produce content that helps you.

Today it is Day 6 and time of my Inspiring stories, that I like to write and post on a weekly basis, and its about Sportsmen and women this week. Wimbledon being on has inspired me aswell as the Euros and these competitions were created when they wanted to expand some sports to other countries and now we have more nationalities playing in football, Tennis and lets not forget the British Lions, who was on last weekend and fighting their place in the British sports and holding their own against sometimes real tough apponenents, and its that special win that can boost the emphasis of these sports.

Olympic Runners Black And White High Resolution Stock Photography and Images - Alamy

It takes often years of practice to be top flight in whatever sport they choose and for a while we were limited to knowing who these boys and girls were cause in the 80’s and 90’s athletics was always on and I new the names of all of the athletes back then, like Sally Gunnell, Linford Christie, Roger Black, Tessa Sanderson you name it I could say what athletics events they all did and where they were from.

With Soccer always be the number 1 English sport has wiped other sports out of the air, but if it happens to be on the Rugby League or indoor athletic competitions then I will still watch them. its that some sports in terms of publicity have gone under the radar a bit, but when the World Champions ships are on or the Olympics I will watch however many sports within those competitions as much as I can.

I love stories where running was initially a hobby that then Stemed into a life long career, like Sally Gunnel who would at first do the 400 metres and then one day her coach laid out some hurdles for her to try and to say she never looked back into was now her event and won many titiles in the 400 metre hurdles.

When I hear the song One Moment In Time sung by Whitney Housten some up these competition within the words as it is like they have One Moment to shine and when they do its like wow “Never saw that coming” and can help boys and girls of other generations getting into these sports too.

The Greeks did well as they created the Olympics in Athens and it become a world phenonenon and the competition to be in.
