becoming a fulltime writer, being my own worse enemy, everyone can build a castle, living in a nightmare, living my dream, looking back over 2020, music that has helped me, reflecting on the year 2020, the best parts of the year, the first 5 months of the year gone

I am listening to an ABBA song because music is one of my many healers, I was in the process of talking to a person in my life about this year and I still can’t talk about the first 5 months of this year, without wanting to break down.

Personal Reflection Quotes. QuotesGram

I wrote a post, reviewing this year and want reflect on it too, as I want to address some parts that I am finding hard to talk about.

So at the beginning of his year from December to this year in March I was shaking like a leaf, was taking Diazapans, aswell as other medication and was a total mess. I was being hurt and if I say what, I know there will be people who won’t believe me, but I miscarried a lot this year without telling anyone.

I have been seeing someone new, as my marriage was over and I have now a proper true love but he was targetted to, and I have said this before, but it has felt like 4 years in one.

Saying Goodbye Stock Illustrations, Cliparts And Royalty Free Saying Goodbye Vectors

I was very suicidal and had a nervous breakdown indoors at one point and I still reflecting, I was having the most horrific nightmares that I am still having them, where I was going to be raped by a gang of bent Police officers, or be involved in a plane crash or be in a building that was collasping, the list goes on and on, but all there needs to be said is that they were so horrible that I still can’t sleep through the night.

Even now I write this I am breaking down, as honestly they have been the most horrendous nightmares I have ever had and I have been sleeping this part of he year up until midday, because I am scared of going to sleep at night.

I just was living in a nightmare, that at one point I thought would never end. I am writing about it now because I would never want anyone reading this to ever go through that. I realised that those who were making out were my friends, weren’t and that also were in my dreams too.

I feel very let down by some people and want this year to be gone. The other good thing that happened for me though, is that I am now a full time writer, which has been one of my ambitions since I was a kid, and I hope to be working in TV by next year, if all goes to plan.

BOOK WRITING QUOTES | Writing quotes, Writer quotes, Writing

I am now listening to a track that I have played a lot this year and it is the song, One & One by Robert Miles sung by Maria Nayler. It really has made me look at my life and see that there were a lot of begruding people in it, and I just want rid of all of that.

I want to be allowed at 42 years old, to live the life I have always wanted. I never once ever begrudged anyone, I was envious of people but knowing how they were, very two-faced some of them, glad that I am not like them and I am my own person, and have made my own journey into being the woman I was always destined to be, and I need to learn to give myself more credit than I do, as I can be my own worst enemy, and to stop doubting myself and that I can make it happen for myself.

So I want you all to do one thing for me. Look at yourself life like you have never done before and go through all that you have achieved in your life and the person you are and want to be.

You can do this anytime and at any age. I was writing journals since I learned to write which was very early as a kid, and loved making stories and writing music. It was a hobby that allowed me to switch off and be in my own little world. Keeping a journal is another way I am going to do this too.

Let me know what you have written down if you wish to share them with me either in the comments section below or if you would like me to see but not publish on this blog you can email me at carriesblognetwork@gmail.com.

So I hope the next few days before the new years is a relaxing one for you and there will be more to come on this site and I will keep you posted, once I have these up on this site.

Many thanks for reading,

Set A Plan For 2021

Hello and I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas as you can, being that we are in a Lockdown again.

Lockdown shouldn’t mean you have to stop creating success in your life and should egg you on to be more successful than ever before.

Be happy, feel free, enjoy life! - Buy this stock illustration and explore similar illustrations at Adobe Stock | Adobe Stock

Now if you have not set a plan for 2021 for this to happen then there is no time like the present. To get started I want you to look on the web and go through all the things you have already achieved. To do this on the spot can make your mind go blank so just take some time to go through this, and then write it down.

Then when looking at these achievements, ask yourself, would I like to carry these on or want different achievements for 2021? Then write new achievements you want to accomplish, and then map it how you wish to get there.

Example: I want one of my goals to be to get back working out indoors again.

  • Check online for indoor fitness workouts
  • Have your workout gear already on
  • Do the workout
  • Then schedule in another workout even if it once a week to begin with

That is mapping it out. You do not have to do a whole chunk of stuff at one time because from experience, this is not a good idea as it can cause you to give up, as you have done too much too soon.

Gradual steps is a better way to blend yourself into the change you wish to make in your life.

If you would like to see more about my fitness then check out my site:

https://sportsandfitnesscoaching,com

Then when you have mapped it out, then I want you to put together a vision board, and you can do this using a laptop via Microsoft Publisher, physically by cutting pages or pictures from magazines or using Pinterest.

Picture the visions of you working out or running the business you want to launch, and write about it, what you see, feel, body language, how you see people seeing you and how it will change your life forever.

If you would like to add as a positive habit, as the habits we have in our lives can dictate how we feel and look at our lives and if there is an area that needs to change to help us towards our goals, then make it. Is there something you do that you wish you could stop? As a bad habit is a bad behaviour and makes us resent ourselves, but when we make a positive habit, makes us pleased with ourselves and is a good behaviour, leading us to create our dreams.

Check out my vision board I have created on Pinterest these are things I know are going to happen for me next year and other things I would like to happen, not all in the space of a month but spread out across the year 2021:

I will be creating one using my White board but going to do this after Christmas.

When you have created the vision, then keep a note of each item and decide which one you would like to do first and set a deadline.

Have a calendar so you can mark it out, and make a list of items that may get in the way of completing this goal on your vision board but can work around the item already scheduled, and it helps to go through important dates you need to keep tabs on like family members birthdays for example. It will then give you an idea of what and where will the item on your vision board will fit in.

Go through the ones that are most important for to you first, and one way to do this is circle the items or put them in a category of A, B and C.

Remember these goals are to fulfill you not make you exhausted, so them out and give yourself rest time to.

I will post more as we get to the new year as I am going to create a Course and Ebook called Project 2021 to help you have a more success life and feeling of accomplishment and a better wellbeing.

Merry Christmas and many thanks for reading,

Carrie (L.M) X

I am so looking forward to a new year as I have many things on the horizon and if you haven’t set your life changes for the new year on its way, then there is no time like the present.

What type of Life changes can you make? Here are Ten Ways to building your life for 2021:

  1. Getting up earlier than you have been. I find when I sleep in until midday it uses a lot of my day. It is okay to do this occasionally but not all the time. So set your alarm earlier, then eventually your body clock will adapt.
  2. What I eat. I have lost a lot of weight this month as I don’t have a lunch each day now, but I eat when I am hungry and lowered my shopping budget from £40 a week to max £20 and lower each week.
  3. Get into fitness. I have stopped doing regular exercise for bit, but do go out walking. I am going to do a boxercise workout each week starting from Christmas Day, like I do each year. I love going for a walk on Christmas Day and this year is no different.
  4. Lower Social Media time. We can spend a lot of time on our phones, checking our Facebook and Twitter, that it can take over. I don’t spend a lot of time on social media. I use it to promote my blogs or celebrate an occasion or wish someone I know a happy birthday, but that is basically it.
  5. Practice Self Care. I talk a lot about this a lot on this site, because part of being successful, is that your work evolves without continuously touching it so there are times where I can sit back and watch a bit of TV if I want to.
  6. Read a book. My ex always would go on about how reading is so boring, to the point where I’d say “Have you heard yourself recently?”. I love setting myself time to read a book. It can help with my writing and on grammar, communication and with speech. I would encourage everyone to read as it can do wonders to your mind and wellbeing.
  7. Keep a journal. I love having a journal and documenting things. It is so good to have all what is bothering me emptied out of my mind and cleared.
  8. Give yourself a make over. This could go under Self care, but to build your life in 2021 is to spend time for yourself, so you can feel good aswell as looking after other people. It is good to buy some new clothes, get your hair done and have your make up done for you. Why not buy yourself a Christmas gift and having make over can be one of them.
  9. Cook your favourite meal. So as we are heading towards Christmas once again, we will be left with Turkey unused and probably having it for a full two weeks until it has been all eaten, so why not post Christmas day heading towards a new year, if you have this time off, to cook another favourite meal that you like, aswell as Christmas Dinner to help you to feel happy. I find making a meal from scratch theruptic, and when I get my own place again I will be doing this a lot.
  10. Go out and Socialise. So I know there is still news on COVID, but please do not allow it to stop you from seeing your friends and family. Just make sure everyone who comes into your home washes and sanitises their hands, and when out do the same if they have Sanitiser available. We have spent a lot of this year staying away from those we love, so let the new year be where you go out more and see all your friends like we did before COVID and explore.

I hope you have a good rest of 2020 but I am looking forward to move away from this year and start a new.

So we are coming towards another end of a year and I have goals to achieve as we draw the end of 2020 and it is important to stay focused for the rest of 2020.

Goals and life changes, rather than resolutions, can happen at any point of a year, not just at the beginning and you can always change your life around at any time. THERE ARE NO RULES!

Always have a target in mind and know that it is never too late to try new things in your life. Madonna made it into the charts with “Like A Virgin” when she was in her thirties and Ian Wright didn’t play professional football until he was, 29 and played at Crystal Palace, before he joined Arsenal.

The one thing I would like to do to help me get into fitness is do a boxercise class, as I loved the ones that Davina McCall did on her fitness DVD’s, which I totally recommend.

https://ownyourgoalsdavina.com/

The other goals I have is to Write two books within 2 months and starting this year, now as we lead up to Christmas 2020.

Focus on what helps set your day up and gives you a purpose to get out of bed for.

NEVER STOP DREAMING OR BELIEVING! FOCUS ON THE TARGET, THE GOAL AND THE FINAL OUTCOME!

Now even though the beginning of this year was rocky, I did still accomplish many things, like more books and two EBooks, see my listings below:

https://www.amazon.com/s?i=digital-text&rh=p_27%3ACarrie+Challoner&s=relevancerank&text=Carrie+Challoner&ref=dp_byline_sr_ebooks_1

I created two online courses and another one is being developed. So I will let you know when this course will be available. See link to my education network below:

Carries Education Network

I am working on 3 books at the moment as I am re-writing my first book of The Parenting Adventures Pregnancy to the first 9 months. I will let you know when this is published, a comedy and a rewritten book called the Peabody Years.

So to go into 2021 and be more productive, I am going to draft a load more blogs to post, as there is so much I wish to share, and slow down a bit more.

20 Secrets to Living a Happier Life

Image from: https://www.entrepreneur.com/article/315636

Check out article called: 20 Secrets to live a happier life, via the link above.

You can still be productive and take it easy too, but just focusing on 2-3 things each day and week, is much better than doing a whole 25 things to do list. I was doing this and then would blow myself out, and I do take a break from it too, in parts of the year.

JUST BECAUSE YOU WANT TO BUILD A NEW LIFE, DOESN’T MEAN YOU SHOULDN’T TAKE A WELL EARNED BREAK. YOU CAN STILL BE PRODUCTIVE BY TAKING SOME TIME OUT TO DO OTHER THINGS!

Young woman reading magazine lying on grass

As said in my previous posts, it isn’t about quantity but quality, and I really want to take my family to Disney World and have a well earned holiday, as it has been a while, go to a music festival, if they are on, and have loads of family time.

Family dancing in living room spending time on weekend together

Being productive is achieving the things that make you feel good, energized and ready to continue on. If you find parts of your life is boring and needs a change, then make it.

Live your life as you wish to, as long as it isn’t trying to hurt another person, but that makes you and those around you happy. Whenever I have gone out and had a drink with friends, I do get buzz from them, as I love to see them enjoy themselves too, and as it is Christmas soon, I want the rest of this year to be about spending time with those that truly love me, and who I love back and next year to be, about going out more and doing more adventures.

10,000+ Couple Pictures & Images [HD] - Pixabay

I am super in love and that is making me really look forward to next year and what it will bring. I want to do Stand up again, like I did when working at Butlins, write more music like I used to and develop an online shop.

I am going to take my time next year, so no rushing, as I was once called Mrs Rush Rush Rush, but have a purposeful day and do what is important to help me and adds value to my life.

You can never have too much happy. Free Spirit Girl | Words, Quotes, Summer quotes

So lets get ready for 2021 and see what it brings. Remember to live it like you want to and don’t allow those that want to continue to be haters and unhappy to stop you.

Please check out my new video, showing more of what I like to write on this channel and please remember, if you wish to keep up to date with my posts on this site, to click the follow button below.

So there will be more to come and I want to share an Erin May Henry video talking about my much love subject, setting goals, as they map your life for more good things to come and helps you to grow.

Hello and welcome!

So as we draw nearer to Christmas it will soon be another year over, into a new year and if you haven’t set your goals, now’s the time to start.

To help you I have created a Printable for you, to help you set your goals for 2021, and is a questionnaire.

Goals questionnaire for 2021Download

I have set out my goals that I have mentioned in previous posts written recently, that I have separated my goals in three categories:

  • Home
  • Work
  • Play

I would like to do a video on this, but going to do this in the new year, as I have so many things I would love to develop too.

So set your goals and don’t hold back, be ruthless and aim high.

Many thanks for reading,

Being Human and not a cretin

anti-bullying, being bullied in a workplace, being human and not a Cretin, Being super human, call out and get out, carries blog network, carriesrealworld.com, cretins, criteria of a bully and an abuser, everyone can build a castle, running a business, self defence, Self development, work policy, Working together, workplace bullying

This post is in relation to one I have posted before, and wanted to touch on this subject again, because still there are people who want to do harm to people, and as far as I am concerned has no place in society when they do so.

Check out my previous post:

Being Super Human

Bullies and those that carry out abuse to another human, do posses a certain criteria.

  • They will blame other people for the abuse they carry out and bullying, whilst carrying on abusing and bullying
  • often they will diguise themselves as nice people at first to cover up what they will do, once they have won a person over. This overshadows often those who are genuinely nice
  • They will exclude and put people in a corner so that person has no where to go
  • A hug or sexual contact is not genuine and false, and is manipulation, and you can tell when they begin to get aggressive or slowly show their violent trait, that they are going to get worse,

If you spot any of these signs,

“Call Out and Get Out”

11,374 Domestic Violence Photos - Free & Royalty-Free Stock Photos from Dreamstime
This Image is for my Abuse and Bullying Campaign

They are just examples above and as far as I am concern they are Cretins.

You may see yourself as a constant target, because you are a good person and they are jealous of everything you do.

Ignore and fight back, but there is a song by, Kelly Clarkson, “What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger”. I remember reading a guys article disputing this line, but it is true because you can come out of the other side, you often spot the signs quicker and find that you do have inner strength, that you never thought you had.

As soon as someone takes jab at me, I will strike a bigger blow and you can do it too, and I do think that they should teach self defence in schools, to help and teach children to be street wise, and be able to fight back.

Can you still run a business when you know there are people against you ?

Absafuckinglutley, and in fact you should in all busnesses you run, if you have staff that work for you, you should have an Anti bullying or abuse policy, so if it carries on, you can deal with it and stop it.

Noone has the right to prevent someone in doing their job or run a business, and those Cretins should be moved on and given an instant Criminal Record, if not banged up in Prison, as soon as it has been proven that they are guilty and for their own safety as they can be their own worse enemy, as there are those that will fight harder and put those in my experience, not saying I have done this, but I know it can happen, in hospital, which really noone wants.

My dad as a kid was fed up of seeing me getting bullied and got me in the Living room and said right, and he gave me some gloves that were mini boxing gloves and showed me how to throw a punch, and it did protect me in the end, and no I don’t condone violence, but you can’t always walk away and I know I have said this a lot in my blogs, but want to keep saying this, because it is true.

So kick out and get those Cretins away from us, and keep fighting, being determined and you will still succeed, where they won’t because they get too caught up in hating people, who can build success and they can’t.

Many thanks for reading,

Carrie X

Life Goals: Plan It, Live It, Achieve It.
https://aboutleaders.com/life-goals-plan-it-live-it-achieve-it/#gs.kl5dqa

If you had read my previous post this year didn’t start off too well, but as the year has gone on, with more heartache events happening, I want to end the year on a positive note by following these ten goals to help me:

  1. Have two books written and published
  2. Get back into my fitness
  3. Spend time with the positive people in my life
  4. Have a new home
  5. Continue to grow my audience with writing more blogs
  6. Have a better Christmas than the last one
  7. Do some more videos for my Youtube channel
  8. Invest in another pair of black trousers
  9. Rearrange my wardrobe by putting outfits together
  10. Finally create a end of year vision board of these things to develop another vision board for the following year

I am all about setting goals, and now I have shared some of mine, why not tell me by using the comments section below of one goal you would like to accomplish by the end of the year, too.

Life is about creating happiness and success in your life. There are those who are selfish and want to destroy it, because they don’t like to see people being happy, but leave them in their misery whilst you thrive.

Getting back on board when you hit a brick wall

Doing things you enjoy, everyone can build a castle, getting back on board when you hit a brick wall, hitting a brick wall, lack of spontaneity, making the most of your time, making time for yourself, recuperation, taking each day as they come, taking it easy, taking time for yourself

Free Online Relaxation Cliparts, Download Free Clip Art, Free Clip Art on Clipart Library

These couple of weeks where I had planned to do lots of work on my books and blogs, do some exercise indoors and outside, training online and plan for next week for when my son goes back to school, I have kind of hit a brick wall.

When that happens it can be hard to get back on track, as I lie in later than normal and feel like hardly doing anything.

Part of it is because I have been on my Menstrual Cycle, so effects my energy and enthusiasm, plus catching up on sleep as when I am looking after my son, I tend to get up early.

When I am feeling like this, lack of spontaneity I just do what I can and give myself extra time to rest and recuperate, knowing I will do more once this fatigue disappears.

Part of being successful is making time for yourself to recharge, and do other things other than work, so I don’t stress about it too much, and take each day as it comes.

Having time to watch a comedy or listen to music is a luxury thing to me now as I don’t always get the time, so it is good to make the time now and again.

Give yourself a day off, which I have done after working seven days a week. I now am going to take Sunday’s off from blogging and concentrate on other things that I want to do, aswell as need to do.

Noone is going to be remembered for keeping up with to do lists, but that they had a fulfilling life and not that I made sure the dishwasher was always cleared each day. At the end of the day it is just housework and can be done at anytime, but watching a film, like my life now being a mum and working for myself, it isn’t something I can do all the time, so when I can I make the most of it.

Time is precious and should be spent with doing and being with the people and things you love, rather something you feel you have to do, to keep people happy, but whats better, having a cuddle with your child or making sure the house is cleared each day? I know which one I choose.

So let us all just breath and just be on some days without worrying about housework and chores. Some days should be about having fun and chilling out.

Soon it will be all systems go again so any quiet and peaceful time I have I will be making the most of it.

Let’s face it we all get tired, and it can really drag us down when we feel like our eyes are on the floor. Being productive when you are tired is like playing tennis when your arms are tide up and can’t hit a ball to save our life.

This week I have felt wiped out, that some days I have had to kip during the day whilst my son took part in a School Sports club, and was too tired to do anything else.

You can however still be productive, you just have to do it, at a slower pace and rather doing a load of items on our todo lists, just do one. After all every little bit counts, and when you have more energy then you can do more.

On this site I write alot about being successful, but we aren’t robots, we need sleep, even if it is for a few hours here and there, WE ALL GET BLOODY TIRED, and when we do we must listen to our bodies.

To be successful you have to be awake, as I find when I am super tired, my creativity goes, my enthusiasm is tiny and I just want to hibernate until I come fully alive again.

Productivity isn’t all to do with work, but also adding in rest time and chill time, it isn’t all about rushing around doing job to job, we all need time to rewind and reset ourselves.

We aren’t robots, even though I wish I could hire a robot from time to time as things like wiping my sons bottom isn’t much fun. Don’t get me wrong I love being a parent, but there are jobs I don’t like and that is wiping my son bum when, and I am sorry if this puts you off your dinner, but does a pooh.

I think if we could own a machine that automatically wipes the pooh away from our children, it would sell out in an instant.

Life isn’t about jamming everything in, but doing what you can and making little changes, rather than big ones.

I hope you all have a good weekend, and please remember to follow me on WordPress.com to be kept up to date with my posts.

Many thanks for reading,

Carrie X
