every day life, everyone can build a castle, finishing the year 2020, get ready for a new year, Goal setting for 2020, having a good end of the year, health and wellbeing, Life changes, never too old, stay focused for the rest of 2020

So we are coming towards another end of a year and I have goals to achieve as we draw the end of 2020 and it is important to stay focused for the rest of 2020.
Goals and life changes, rather than resolutions, can happen at any point of a year, not just at the beginning and you can always change your life around at any time. THERE ARE NO RULES!
Always have a target in mind and know that it is never too late to try new things in your life. Madonna made it into the charts with “Like A Virgin” when she was in her thirties and Ian Wright didn’t play professional football until he was, 29 and played at Crystal Palace, before he joined Arsenal.
The one thing I would like to do to help me get into fitness is do a boxercise class, as I loved the ones that Davina McCall did on her fitness DVD’s, which I totally recommend.

The other goals I have is to Write two books within 2 months and starting this year, now as we lead up to Christmas 2020.
Focus on what helps set your day up and gives you a purpose to get out of bed for.
NEVER STOP DREAMING OR BELIEVING! FOCUS ON THE TARGET, THE GOAL AND THE FINAL OUTCOME!
