Arguing Couple Clipart

It has been a testing year so far one that I am not sure I want to remember. I have met someone new and I love them with all my heart but I am going through a marriage break up, which is still tough.

Love is a strange feeling, it can give you so much joy or sadness and I feel now that sometimes due to betrayal that some love can never be fixed and put back together again.

Life after marriage is like being on a rollercoaster that you struggle to get off, and feel like as soon as I feel everything is okay that it crashes before I know it.

So the first tip I would give, is to,

  • Create a new beginning. So change your mindset and see it as it time to end that chapter of your life and time to start a new one.
  • Let it all out, I am a believer that sometimes crying is the great healer and helps get your emotions and feelings out of your system.
  • Keep a journal. I love to journal and is a great way to gain perspective.
  • Form new relationships. Being with someone who is negative can bring you down and can make other people unhappy. Build new ones and stick with them.
  • Be aware of your feelings, as they do change and if you feel you no longer love someone that is time to call it a day.
  • Stop feeling guilty. No one likes a break up but if it isn’t working it is a signal that you need to move on, so forget the guilt and move on.
  • Find the courage to rebuild your life and remember to breath.
  • Speak to someone who can give you support in this troubled time and listens without giving an opinion.
  • Take care of your health and wellbeing. In a marriage break up it is important that you look after yourself rather than other people just yet. You need gain perspective listen to your feelings and be strong
  • Don’t use your children to point score or as a weapon. It isn’t their fault and should be listened to if they are upset

Divorce affects many people, but you have to get to know yourself again, because often when we get married and have kids we can lose our identity.

I have created a cheat sheet with the following tips above, which I hope you will find useful as you can print off to remind yourself.

DEALING WITH A DIVORCE CHEAT SHEET

You have to fight and stick up for yourself and be true. I wish you all the happiness in the world, and I am here to support you 100% percent.

Lets come to together to become a success.

Many thanks for reading,

Building a Foundation around you

blog, Blogger, Blogspot, building a foundation around you, creating a foundation and following the unplanned, Creating success in your life, everyone can build a castle, feelings

www.hdnicewallpapers.comHello and welcome to another blog. In today’s post I am writing about Building a Foundation around you. Now I did do another blog a long while ago called,

Creating a foundation and following the unplanned

Since this blog my life has changed. My marriage has come to and end, some jobs I was doing didn’t workout, yet I still feel I have built a good foundation.

There are people out there who I have been working with who believe in my blogs and books which have become my full time job. I am writing a book called Everyone Can Build a Castle, because I have had so much positive feedback that I thought it was time.

It is important to have a team especially if you are a blogwriter and also do other jobs, because it can become overwhelming, so having someone you can delegate jobs to is a “must have” in my book.

It has been a very difficult year but now I have met the man of my dreams who has bought the word “Love” back into my life. Being in love again is truly special and a new life is beginning for me.

Sometimes in order to create foundation you have to do some searching and may take time to know them, but once you have built that foundation and you can sleep at night you know you are on the right track for success.

However there will be people who will try and manipulate, stir trouble or be a negative person, but never let these people dictate and let them wallow in their misery.

ITS NOT YOUR PROBLEM!

What you want to do is have a good set of people who can jump in when you fall, and be your Rock.

Please remember to follow me if you wish to be kept up to date with my blogpost. I am now planning on blogging on this site everyday and so I will be back with a post tomorrow aswell.

Many thanks for reading,

Life long lessons/Self sabotage

carries blog network, creating new daily habits, everybodycanbuildacastle, Goal setting for 2020, life long lessons/Self sabotage, Mel Robbins 5 second rule, scrutinization

So for a few nights I couldn’t sleep because of self sabotage I was feeling stuck in a rut and finding the challenges I have been facing tough. I am on medication for my anxiety and I find life a struggle on some days.

The thing about anxiety, depression and worry it can happen at any time.

This why goal setting is so important and is one Life long lessons. I found getting out of bed hard today so I got up had some breakfast, had a shower and then was about to get back into bed and counted 5,4,3,2, 1 and got up.

So one goal could be as a Personal one, creating new daily habits, introduce the Mel Robbins, which I talk a lot about and even wrote about it in a blog post and a book review: 5 Second Rule by Mel Robbins

One ritual and habit I do is to get up make the bed, less chance of me getting back into it and go straight in the shower or put day clothes on straight away.

So why do we self sabotage?

Because the mornings being dark and at night, can be the fact that the goals your setting as mentioned in my previous blog Goal Setting 2020 are too much of a high expectation and we haven’t broken them down.

Also can be because we haven’t asked the right questions, I am writing an EBook  at the moment about this very subject because we can experience these feelings every day and is holding us back.

If you want to make a change you have to begin as soon as, doesn’t to be in the new year.

So set those goals and habits and keep going.

Self sabotage can lead to scrutinization which I talk about my latest Youtube video:

Hi All I am back and it is 2020 I have been having a tough time recently I do find the new year a challenging time because it is a new beginning and means like many of us I have found it tough to readjust.

Girl At Computer Clipart

I am working on my first E book which is all about something that I have become familiar with and that is Self Sabotage and Scrutinization and how to overcome these obstacles and to begin 2020 with a bang, check out these videos below about Get Your Life Together in 2020 and creating life changing habits for a more productive life.

https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=get+your+life+together+in+2020&sxsrf=ACYBGNQ28_bXEiNUjoDtSpFDZQB-AHnzow:1581080480548&source=lnms&tbm=vid&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwjB353jv7_nAhXrXRUIHRklATsQ_AUoAnoECAwQBA&biw=1365&bih=902

For me 2020 is about a fresh start and finding my feet again and really focusing on what I really want to do with my life. I want to coach and make people laugh and share my passion for music.

Life is about for me empowerment which I write a lot about and productivity.

Set goals and have a target and focus.

Even the simplest of things like altering a habit in your life like stop smoking, cutting down and getting back on the treadmill can make a massive impact.

Focus on what you can do, rather than what you can’t do and be real to yourself. If you find writing down a whole list of to do lists too overwhelming chop it up into one or two things a day but still with an aim (goal) in mind.

Life is about living and for me I want to live the best life I possibly can. Living in darkness is hard but once the light turns back on there can be no stopping me and that is my aim for this year. What is yours? and what goals have you set? Keep on living and growing and you would be surprised at what you can really achieve.

PRACTICE GRATITUDE TO BE THANKFUL TO HELP BE MORE POSITIVE ABOUT CHRISTMAS!

Blogmas day number 2 Gratitude

If you haven’t read my first blog of Blogmas then please check it out here below:

https://everydaylivingandlifestyle.wordpress.com/2019/12/01/the-first-blog-for-blogmas-make-your-own-advent-calendar-and-bring-romance-back-this-christmas/

If you haven’t seen my previous posts and don’t know what I am talking about when I say blogmas as most people would have heard of vlogmas via Youtube, well instead of doing videos every day up to Christmas as there is no way at the moment I could commit to that, I am blogging on one or more (depending on how it goes) on my websites everyday up to Christmas Day.

I have shared links to my other sites further down of this blog.

I don’t want my blogs to be all doom and gloom but there are people like myself at one point where Christmas was a time to dread rather then something to look forward too.

When my parents got divorced for example and I am going to do a blog on my parenting blog site: https://theparentingadventurestipsandtricks.wordpress.com/

It was a tough time of year and I for the first time I did dread it because knew that the Christmases I once knew were no longer going to be the same again.

FATHER CHRISTMAS.png

To much was changing and like I heard one of my friends once say I felt like I had no control over what was happening and felt totally helpless, but then when my son came along it bought my spark back for Christmas again, because once you have kids you do start to see things from their eyes, and to them especially now because my son is starting become aware of Christmas it is a magical experience with all the sparkly decorations, visiting Santa in his grotto and going on Christmas trains. It’s just magical to them.

Also now I am a lot older and have had some life experience have come to see that there are some people and children not so lucky to have Christmas presents each year or experiences like my son has had, and there are still people on the streets out in the cold with no where to go or noone to see.

That has made me grow up a lot and to see that,

Christmas isn’t all about me

It’s about giving to others aswell and so each year I will donate money to a good cause at Christmas time and if I see someone selling the Big Issue I will buy it, if I have money on me or busking, or if I do see someone homeless give them a couple of quid.

Looking back even though at the time when my parents got divorced seemed tough, as I heard someone say “There is always someone worse off than you” and to build better relationships with others around you and to build a successful life is to be thankful for what you already have.

I still have a roof over my head, I have a husband who helps share responsibilities with me and have someone who loves me in the romantic and emotional way, I have a son who teaches me new things everyday, I have a massive family who I may not physically see all the time but still in contact with and so,

What do I have really to complain about?

I know what is like to be in the dark when you feel everything is falling around you, but you can by practicing gratitude to be more thankful to help be more positive about Christmas really does help.

Reading stories of people who had nothing and changed their lives around I find truly uplifting and see that no matter what is happening in your life you can make a change and that is something to be thankful for.

I will sit down now and go through what I am grateful for, it is a great source of medicine and a great habit which I talk a lot about on this site, see some of my posts below, to get into.

Creating more happiness into your life

Create empowerment into your life

My Daily Habits

Creating New habits

Life is about learning and we can learn so much from others around us and if you feel annoyed by people around you that bring you down because they are very negative build new relationships with other people who make you feel lifted each day and do teach you things you never knew and that can help make you feel better about Christmas and life in general too; and when you do find those people that is something to be grateful for.

So if you are having a hard time to adjust to Christmas because of heartache or you just feel so overwhelmed and want to hide away this Christmas look around you as you will be surprised at what there is still to be thankful for.

I will always mention it because it does really help,

KEEP A JOURNAL!

I hope you have a good week, and I will post again either on here or my other sites, see listed below:

https://sportsandfitnesspassion.wordpress.com/

If you practice gratitude or you have any other tips on how to help people who are find Christmas time hard, be more positive about Christmas then please leave your comments below, I would love to hear from you.

Life is about sharing what really can help others and building a community that makes people feel good about life if they don’t feel that already!

Lets get ready for blogmas

This year I have decided that I would do Blogmas to help get me and everyone who reads or who are new to my blogs, in the mood for Christmas and so this means I will be posting blogs everyday from tomorrow (1st Dec) to Christmas Day (25th Dec) on my various sites that I write blogs on, including this one.

There may be some videos, articles, books and various topics that I would like to share as this time of year can be hard for some people and like myself there was a time when I dreaded Christmas.

However there are good things about Christmas too and will be sharing how you can finish this year with a bang by creating positive changes into your life that will set you up to have a better Christmas and finish the year on a high.

If there is a particular topic you would like me to talk about that will help you then please leave a suggestion by adding a comment below. You can keep up to date with all my blogs on this site and my others by following on WordPress.com.

Image result for creating more empowerment into your life free images

When we feel low we can often feel like we can accomplish nothing, and “what is the point?” Then a song comes on the radio, and often it is one going on my own experience, one that I haven’t heard for a while but love, and it’s like it speaks to you, and suddenly you feel like “You can take on the world today”. That’s empowerment.

It can happen anywhere and can be anything. When we see people running and we haven’t done any exercise for a bit or we read a story in the newspaper of someone who had lost everything and had to start again, then rebuilt their life and now living the life they had always wanted, making us feel “Well if they did it so can I”. That’s empowerment.

Creating more empowerment into your life can get you out of feeling like there is no point to life and can make you take action to have more.

Here are 6 tips of how to Create empowerment into your life:

  • Build the love: Last week I shared wrote a blog called, We should love more/A lesson for us all #truelove because part of building success in your life to have the life you want, is to build relationships with those around you. I have learned a lot from my husband and he did sweep me off my feet and it made me see that I can create a life for myself. I hadn’t found what I wanted in London so I moved away and found it unplanned as I moved for career ambitions too and there he was
  • Confidence Boosters: Can be anything or anyone. When talking to a girl I had been working with, turned around and said to me “You have a lot going for you” It made me realise I did. Not being big-headed, but sometimes we often don’t see what we already got that can give us confidence. I was doing well in the job I was doing, achieving goals and getting good feedback from my Managers so I did have the confidence there just didn’t always see it
  • Practice gratitude: Following on from confidence boosters, but to create empowerment we do need to look at what we already have and got in our lives that is good. What you enjoy/ What makes you laugh? Who do you want to see that would create more happiness in your life? What are you thankful for?
  • Give to others: Taking on the Great North Run was the biggest thing apart from getting married and having a son, I had ever done in my life. I never thought in a million years that I would have ever had done that…but I did. I wanted to raise money for the National Autistic Society because one of my mum’s friends had a son with Autism and was having a real tough time. This also follows on from “Build the love” because to receive love we do have to give it and to give it those who do need it the most and making a difference to other peoples lives, doing something you would never have dream of, whatever it may be is the most empowering thing you can do.
  • Build your knowledge: Learning about food when I decided to change my diet because I had put on weight really changed my association with food. I had, had an eating disorder and would feel guilty often when eating, but educating myself of what the body needs and what makes you happy, but healthy has made a huge difference. I don’t feel so guilty anymore and eat because I love the food, and it was interesting to learn what can really help with mood, gives you clearer skin and stops those belly aches and bloating. Learning a new skill or something that will enhance your mind and your wellbeing, can you empower you for more
  • Have a vision: I am one for goal setting. My husband is too, but he will see it as just a necessity but for me it is more than that. Often it is a life change to help me feel good about myself and build better relationships with those around me. My husband who I do admire so much, one the reasons I fell in love with him, was because when he sets his mind on something he will go for it, and do it. Example he wanted to learn to drive. He did, he wasn’t like me who often has so many different things I wish to do, but he had one vision in his mind, and he did his lessons never cancelled, passed his theory, first time and took his test twice, passing on the second time. Create a vision, a goal or a focus, Plan how you are going to do it in your head or in your mind, take action and go for it.

I love being empowered and as I often do live my life through music, it is often a song, but has been a magazine article, a Youtube video or a TV program, but as said it can be anything. It’s whatever gives you that boost that you can do anything once you have your mind set.

Never feel you should hold back, and always believe in yourself.

Please let me know what empowers you and has helped you create success in your life? I love hearing from other people so please share. You can leave a comment below.

Image from: https://www.pinterest.co.uk/pin/366339750914798028/

I am about to embark on hopefully a new chapter, as tomorrow I have a job interview for a nursery in Guildford. Preparing for a new chapter can be a risk, but exciting at the same time.

I no longer want take calls from unhappy customers anymore, I’m done with that, and now want to help with my knowledge of looking after children throughout my life and from working in childcare for about a year, now want to enhance my skills and work on a more regular basis.

Today I was preparing myself for my interview, here’s what I think will help you too:

  • Make sure you do your homework about the company
  • Take some form of ID and if you work  in childcare remember your DBS and check if you received confirmation from the company about the interview, if they have provided details of what you need to bring with you
  • Check travel arrangements and direction
  • Plan ahead, check any travel disruptions or traffic delays if you drive
  • Make sure you take down the company address, telephone number and email address, in case you are delayed or need to rearrange, plus will help you find where it is you need to go
  • Begin to plan what you are going to wear, and make sure you are smart, and you stand out
  • Don’t over do it with perfumes and deodorants, especially if you are going to be working with children, as they may be allergic and super sensitive to these strong smells
  • At the same time, do be hygienic, make sure you wash your hands if you go to the toilet and do shower or take a bath either the night before or the morning
  • Make sure your clothes are clean and tidy, creased free
  • In this day and age it is important that you make sure your mobile phone is fully charged, but put your phone on silent or switched off if possible during the interview
  • Trim nails especially if working in childcare
  • Go over Interview questions and answers. I found some really good ones via the website: https://www.themuse.com/advice/how-to-answer-the-31-most-common-interview-questions
  • Pack your bag the day or night before, especially if you have an interview in the morning, and like me have to do the school run before hand. Helps with stress levels and the last thing you want to be doing is rushing around, because if you are nervous this is only going to make things worse
  • Go over the company information and the interview questions and answers to help prepare you as you get closet to the time. I am gonna do this whilst I commute, will help use up the time and stop me from getting apprehensive and I will also be taking a deep breath in through the nose out through the mouth, and close my mind
  • This will help lead you to switch off for a few moments to help keep yourself calm, listen to music, read or just practice mindfulness.
  • Lastly I wish you good luck
