Building Success through a blog

Hi everyone I am writing today about Building Success through a blog. I have been writing blogs for about 12 years now and I absolutely love it and enjoy creating content for you to read.

You can do it as a living which is what I am building up to do, so I have an income coming in via my blogposts.

It isn’t an easy task, but from my learning and understanding once you start it is hard to stop.

I have written my Newsletter blog talking about The Do’s and Don’t when building a blog, which I have added into a cheat sheet below: https://newsletterthoughtsandadvicefortheweek.blogspot.com/2020/04/the-dos-and-dont-when-building-blog.html

I have created a couple of cheat sheets to help you with writing a successful blog (see below):

Cheat Sheet on writing a blog

cheat sheet on the dos and don’ts when writing a blogpost

The one thing I would say is ignore the doubters, as long you believe in your blogpost and writing engaging content then keep going.

Don’t be put off if you don’t get an audience at first, because it does take time. Also remember to use Keywords.

You can build success through a blog by being consistent and if you take a break then do let your audience know.

Find your niche which for me I found through working in customer service, discovering people like Tony Robbins and Mel Robbins, Oprah Winfrey and Youtubers like Louise Pentland, Rebecca Meldrum, Mimi and Alex Ikon, Kate Murnane and Fleur De Force.

Check out this video by Tony Robbins talking about:

How To Eliminate Self-Doubt and Develop IRONCLAD CONFIDENCE

Be productive, which I talk a lot about on this site, because the more productive you are the more blogs you can write. Make sure for example you have clear space to work on and remember quality is better than quantity, just batch writing I find has helped me stay on track, as now I write practically everyday.

Make it a habit that before or after you have finished your blogwriting you tidy your area ready for the next day.

Please remember you can keep up to date with all my blogposts via following me on WordPress.com

Many thanks for reading,

Building Empowerment through comedy and laughter

Tags

Hi and welcome to another blog post where today in this post I will be talking about Building Empowerment through comedy and laughter.

I have always been into comedy and my favourite double acts were Canon and Ball, and Little and Large.

Sadly Eddie Large is no longer with us, but was a comedy genius and someone who for me was born to be a comedian. You could just see it, and will be sadly missed and my heart goes out to his friends and family.

You can keep up to date if you too are Canon and Ball fan by visiting the website below, where you’ll find dates to see other comedians aswell, such as Bradley Walsh, Bobby Davro,  Jimmy Tarbuck and more.

https://www.ents24.com/

Empowerment to me means being given energy to succeed in life and comedy for me just does that for me along with music, which I have talked about in other blogs.

My favourite sketch for Canon and Ball was when they impersonated West Side story, it makes me laugh every time. Check it out in the video below:

With comedy you have to have good chemistry especially being a doubled act and with the audience aswell, and for me Canon and Ball did that, along with Little and Large.

This is why Morecombe and Wise were so good too, because they were exactly the same, but I remember them from watching their work later on in my life, and they too brought a smile to my face and made me laugh.

Comedy is pure entertainment and can instantly make you feel good, when having a bad day.

Who can forget Laurel and hardy and Norman Wisdom? They did comical films rather than shows, and pure comedy legends in my book, along with Bob Monkhouse and Ken Dodd.

With comedy comes endorphins and with that in turn works wonders and when you feel down in the dumps why not use comedy as medicine too, which in turn is empowering.

Who can beat a sitcom?

I love a good sitcom and the ones I have watched continuously are Only Fools and Horses, Friends, Not Going Out, Vicar of Dibley, The Royal Family, Goodnight Sweetheart Mrs Browns Boys and Dads Army.

The characterization is brilliant, along with the writing and the directing. The facial expressions are tremendous and Characters like Trigger played by Roger Lloyd Pack was comedy sitcom acting at its best, because he looked like his characters name. He suited the character Trigger and he played the character so well.

That for me is empowering, because the story of Only Fools and Horses written by John Sullivan, was really a sad story, because it is based on two brothers Del Boy and Rodney, and because their father left them and their mother had died, Rodney was brought by his kid brother, and all Del Boy dreams of is becoming a millionaire.

If you think about it I know in myself I have little Del Boy in me, as I think everyone wants the same success. No it isn’t about the money as such, but it helps. All Del Boy really wanted was to be a success, so looking at comedy that is what its based upon.

I wrote a similar blog to this on my Google Blogpost called Using Laughter as the best sauce of medicine I talk about Steptoe and Son, which again is very funny, a bit more ruder because there is bad language but it still well written and is based again on a sad story.

That is why I enjoy writing and would like to write comedy because it makes me smile and makes my readers smile too.

I have created a fictional blog called The West London Girl based on a woman who is a stand up comedian living in West London, and was born and brought up there.

So if you do need inspiration and empowerment then why not download if you sky Boxsets, Smart TV or Now TV Box download a good comedy which in turn will make you laugh out loud and forget about the bad you have had or if you self Isolating.

Let me know what comedy and comedians you like that you feel has empowered you. You can leave a comment below and remember to follow me if you would like to be alerted of my posts, by following me on WordPress.com

Feeling Lonely/stop self sabotage

Tags

, , , ,

I have never felt so lonely in all myself, and people may say “What would you know?”

Well being lonely is the hardest thing at the moment, having  to stay indoors due to the Lockdown and I have gone through an emotional breakdown.

Anyone can feel lonely, especially when you have people you feel are against you.

This morning I had a terrible dream, where a certain person had sent something out that wasn’t from me, but they made out it was going to be.

There are, as I have learned as I have grown older is that there are some people who are,

Cruel Word On Concrette Wall Stock Photo, Picture And Royalty Free ...

I have met a fantastic guy who has  made me smile from ear to ear, and is helping me through it, along with my Keyworker and Doctor and other amazing people that if I told you, you wouldn’t believe it because it is surreal.

The people who are  being manipulative and sad to say,

Selfish Word Cloud On A White Background. Royalty Free Cliparts ...

There is a song that I would like to share that I have played a lot of by Alexandra O’Neill, called Criticize,

If you feel lonely and isolated because you are being bullied or you know someone who is being bullied, then speak out to them.

Also if you want to share your experience then I would recommend that you write a blog,  journal or even create quotation cards.

You can often feel like any kind of abuse whether it be bulling or domestic violence start to blame yourself .

My advice is,

Don't allow people to live in your head "rent free". | Life quotes ...

IT ISN’T YOUR FAULT!

You begin to self sabotage and feel you aren’t worthy of anything, and so you stop dead in your tracks and begin to ask the wrong questions, which can lead to further Scrutiny and make you go backwards rather than forwards.

Top 100 Being Alone Quotes And Feeling Lonely Sayings

I have just watched a brilliant video by the one and only Russell Brand, who talks about  How he has stopped self sabotage.

Even from a young age I felt lonely as I would sit on a school bench in the playground and sit by myself. When I  worked at a modelling and crafting company I felt the same so loneliness can effect us all, but if we use the power of the internet to help us rather than using it to abuse people you will be surprised of how the internet can be a good close community of people.

So lets get through this time together and lets communicate with those who feel lonely too, as sometimes all they want is someone to talk to.

I wish you all the very best.

Many thanks for your reading,

Is life worth living?

First all I hope you are having if possible due to the coronovirus, are having a reasonable easter. I did and I not going to get into too much detail but I was picked up by the Police as they thought I was at the wrong address but I wasn’t.

I am now having to take a new medication due to my depression and anxiety and so don’t feel like I am being a slob due to the fact I am still in my pJ’s I just found this new medication to be really strong, but I don’t see that my life has gone down hill I see it as it has gone up, and there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

I have been feeling suicidal not gonna lie and it can be a day to day battle with myself continuously, seeing people die of this virus is what is keeping myself at bay.

I wrote a blog about Suicidal on my related site:

https://buildingselfconfidencetud.blogspot.com/2020/03/feeling-suicidal.html

People say it is selfish and attention seeking, but it isn’t. It is a terrible feeling of isolation, thinking you don’t belong and unwanted by people.

You can come out of it though by doing something still incorporating abundance in your life and keep going.

https://everydaylivingandlifestyle.wordpress.com/2020/04/16/getting-through-this-pandemic/

Create conference or Skype call with friends, and if you have what I do home help where by I have Keyworker who visits, speak to them with a love one so they can get to know what to do should you have a break out of depression and anxiety. They are there to help.

So if you do feel worthless, look around you as you will see that Life is worth living. If you have negative people in your life then I have written a blog on my related site to this one about Dealing with Negative people.

https://buildingselfconfidencetud.blogspot.com/2020/04/dealing-with-negative-people.html

Please check out my last weeks blog newsletter wishing you a happy easter!

https://newsletterthoughtsandadvicefortheweek.blogspot.com/2020/04/first-of-all-happy-easter-to-everyone.html

So I hope we all can get through this week and the effects of the coronovirus begins to reduce so we can all return to normal.

Many thanks for reading,

Confessions of the heart/Overcoming challenges

Overcoming Challenges Concept Stock Illustration - Illustration of ...

Life has been pretty tough for me this year or so but I know there will be new things on the horizon for me and I have to make confessions of the heart.

I am loving life at the moment because I have found true love in writing, meeting new people and there is a new career on the horizon for me, which I am keeping quiet about for the time being.

It has been a massive transition change, my marriage has gone down hill and I feel a little bitten by it, but I know I will survive.

Another job fell through but life is about what is handed out to you and how you overcome these moments in your life.

I will be strong and continue to fight, not planning so much now but taking little steps and continuing my daily habits as talked about, setting daily goals and getting regular exercise in walking on a daily basis.

Life is full of challenges and I have to accept that I am not always going to be mentally stable, I suffer with anxiety and depression, and they can be hard to overcome each day with the many challenges that I am faced with.

There have been times where I have incurred debt and not having financial stability but I know once I get better with these mental illnesses I will be able to take on the new adventures that arrive to deal with these hurdles too, as I have done so in the passed.

With the COVID 19 virus it has been a bit suffocating but getting through it with doing different things each day. Catching up on well earned TV which I haven’t done in ages, so those sorts of things I am concentrating on, with building my audience through new blogsites has been my savior.

Image result for free images creating daily habits to being successful

Now I know many of us are in self isolation due to the coronovirus and we have been told not to go out unless truly necessary or socialise but it must not stop us to try and be successful in whatever you do, there are still things you can do to help build a success in life and this is how:

  1. Make your bed everyday
  2. Get dressed and ready for each day
  3. Be organised and still plan for each day
  4. Drink plenty of water and stay well hydrated
  5. Still be frugal yes it is time to stock up on certain items but we can still over spend if not careful as only shopping when necessary can cause us to impulse buy more than anything
  6. Create an email, whatsapp, Facebook or Messenger group and stay in touch with clients, colleagues and customers online and don’t forget Facetime
  7. Take time out to do the little things in life aswell as the big things. Got emails still need to be tended to but just not got round to sorting these out then why not now
  8. Spend time with love ones if possible which is tricky but still stay in contact like above by creating a whatsapp group, my friends and I are going to do this via Whatsapp to celebrate one of our friends birthdays
  9. Take some time out to do self care. There is no time like the present to take a hot steaming bath and just chillax with a book of some sort
  10. As I do each day have a tidy up and go through bits and pieces and great way to get your kids involved, check out my parenting blog Getting Kids to tidy up

So I hope you all stay well protected within this Pandemic and lets hope this all passes soon so we can all get back to some sort of normality
