First of all Thank you for your feedback I have had so far. It really means the world to me and this is Day 20 of my 30 day blog challenge whereby I have been blogging on this site once a day for 30 days.

Bad Day stock photo. Image of business, male, computer - 437178

I have written similar blog like this, How to handle days when it all goe tits up and today it is “When things go tits up”, like missing your train, forgetting your mobile and having to go back and get it, you’ve fallen down a man hole in the street, go soaked in the rain and no umbrella. I am a person where it is “More or nothing” kid of a gal and when it goes wrong it does.

My son this week wasn’t well and felt sick at school, so thankfully I was contacted to pick him up, Being a mum you will have to do that too at some point and often we will stressed because you have taken him school and seemed okay and then due to the heat can have a full blown meltdown, without your control.

Remember it will pass its that kids show their emotions more than us adults and so they will find it hard in the heat, so when he got in we played out in the garden cause he just needed fresh air and was done, and went back to school next day and just in case I got there early to pick him up again as he has now finished school for the summer, and took him as promised the day before, o the train and then he wanted to get on a bus and we did that too.

Kids will get sick and I as a child was often sick. Anything going around I caught luckily I have been well through the COVID pandemic, but are more vulnerable caue of their immune systems still developing. Its life and so I focus on “What can I do to help prevent this” rather than I don’t know what to do. Check out my new parenting blog about blog I wrote on my site: https://theparentingadventurestipsandtricks.wordpress.com called Children and being sick.

Spend time reflecting over the misshap if it plays on your mind and what could you have done differently and go through list of prevention. Pehaps giving kids a multi-vitamin each day to help their immune systems, perhaps have two phones a home one and a mobile so the school can call both.

Its spending time to evaluate and measure how bad it was. What helped and what didn’t.

So, just breath and honestly do what you can and prepare for things that give you a bad day.

Day 19/30 day challenge/Inspiring stories/The Real Heros of the world

country leaders, inspired by others, Inspiring stories, looking after the world, real heros of the world

Everyone has their own definition of who is a hero and who is not. For it is someone who willing to put their neck on the line to save other people and I wrote a similar post and Super Human beings and how those who save lives as a living should be honoured.

174 Saving Someone Photos - Free & Royalty-Free Stock Photos from Dreamstime

Lets look around the dictators of the world and there have been many who have been bad like Hitler and Sadam Hussain, yet there have been good ones too.

Eddie Izzard is my first one I would say. Now he is a comedian and he ran a whole lot of Marathons to raise money for charity and for me that is something that he didn’t have to do, but did it as being a famous role model as such, he is in a position where he can like many, use their fame to help those desparate need of support and its people who work in charities to generally raise money that for me are all heros.

Tony Robbins who I have spoken a lot about. He is someone who had a rough childhood and was destined to be a man in the trade like, working in Goldminds but was but no he became world famous. He has done that, helping people have a better mindset to help people through anxiety and depression and has reached over a million people and is a inspiration to us all, and raises money for his charity to “Feed America”.

Jo Biden, the new president of the USA and for me is much better president than Donald Trump because Jo will look after his country and is an ex baseball player who wanted to be involved in politics to do just that and dealing with issues other than COVID and is for me gonna be the best leader this decade.

Bob Geldolf, Midge and other artists bought music and poverty together to stop it and in 1984 created Band Aid and it spread worldwide like the US who did their own song too called “We are the world”. It was played at the same time all over the world and many versions have been created but it was the creation of Band Aid that started it.

Lenny Henry and other comedians created Comic Relief and again grew across the boarder and through selling Red Noses and creating the show have been iconic and saved so many lives across the world.

So who do you think are heros? I’d like to hear your comments below.

blog 18 of 30 day challenge, creating abundance, creating dreams and promises, self belief, self help post

Hello and welcome to a new blog and posting on this blog site for 30 days and it is Day 18 and in this blog I am talking about Creating Dreams and Promises to yourself.

To become the person you want to be often is already there but it has taken a while for you to see it. I live by wanting to be the best version of myself and want to help others to do the same. We often can fear that we aren’t good enough and these feelings can grow to stop us in our tracks and standing still for to long can drive us all crazy.

  • Value yourself
  • Own your own mind
  • Initiat change to your current life
  • Clear away mental clutter
  • Everyone you we meet have a value and measure how good they are with you.
115,093 Voice Photos - Free & Royalty-Free Stock Photos from Dreamstime
  • If we get knocked down get back up feeling even better and be your own leader.
  • Be truthful to yourself.
  • Allow judgement but stand up for yourself.
  • Be free and if their are others pulling you towards a dark tunnel that is their fears not yours.
  • Build yourself to give promises to yourself and never fear you r capabilities

When you have created dreams and promises have them displayed so you can remember them and take picture on your phone and you can read the and change them again as you continue to work towards them.

Have regular meeting with people who are helping you of any events that have cropped up and you need support in dealing with them, and never fear wanting help from others.

Remember we all have the right to be a success and so remember to set goals for you and others supporting you and keep it forever growing.

So are you stuck on how to move on from your life due to a set back?

30 Behaviors of Unstoppable People | Inc.com

Being human we often buckle under pressure and yeah me too, so if you need to take a break you are still being unstoppable because taking breaks is part of our growth. It also means that you have done enough to have time off and that was me today. I spent a whole morning and yesterday looking after my son and had a good old fashion muck about and it did mean getting up early still but advantage I got to watch some TV as I don’t often get the chance.

Self care and doing other tasks like looking for jobs in mental health, go through emails and check feedback on my blogs, as it is good to see your kindness in you liking my blogs, time and to see you my audience reactions to my posts. It means the world to me and makes me unstoppable..

To get yourself on track take a step back and go through how you are feeling and what is making you stop and feel unsure. What is causing you to feel stuck? and go through what you have done each day to see what has triggered you to step back.

Knowing the triggers you will learn to have more resillance to them and will help you overcome them. Example if you want to do a run like never before but you struggle getting out of the door to start, something is causing a fear and it could be not being able to go to far.Break iot down. I would train one day a week and then I created into something to enjoy and I would go for a run every Sunday and so don’t massive goals list and try out some motivation videos to help.

Change the pattern of how you see running. Perhaps it is the rain, moving to a new area that you worry you may get lost. Preplan the route and just to one road at the time or one lap around a local park. Winter have two layers as you will warm up as you run and doing some exercisses before hand can boost your energy in going for a run.

Think about building blocks and monitor yourself and when in a Mentalhealth hospital they would do a reflection each Friday to go over how we have each of us being a patient been, and what could the staff do to make us feel better. Reflecting is a great way to stay on track because often we see it differently if we take a look back.

Take time in going over the year you have had so far and what do youn avoid a lot. For me it is I know I am going to need a dentist appoinment and a new eye test but I see these as a burden so I am going to see if I can set a date to get these done.

Avoidance can often put more pressure on your shoulders. So perhaps I can, with the above appointments delegate this in someway. If someone else books it then I am more likely to go.

Create new patterns in your life so you can be unstoppable.

Day 16/30 Day Blog Channel/How and why we can learn from the Olympics in Toky 2021

aiming for a gold medal, being empowered about the olympics, being the best in the world, use the olympics to inspire people, wordpress blog about the olympics

We can learn so much from the Olympics and how by the sheer training and hard work that goes on with each different event and why we can learn by the sheer determination and drive that each participate takes to compete and how working towards a goal each day can make such a difference to peoples lives.

All those athletes will be aiming for World success and being the best in the world. Each Nation fighting for their selves to be number 1 and not give up.

3,485 Olympic Winner Stock Photos, Pictures & Royalty-Free Images - iStock

I hope noone cheats in this Olympics as sadly you do have those who try, but why drug testing is dome to ensure that they all compete fairly and with the mindset to become world champions.

We are all capable in achieving the things we set in our lives and there may be setbacks but you push through. With life there are always challenges and hurdles you have to face but never feel that you have to do something for someone else you do have to be selfish at times, and we are all able to feel good about what we do.

When we want to accomplish something fear can set in and self doubt, so with that go over when you decided to achieve say example in making cakes for people, you begin to see yourself accomplishing that and yet the first ones you baked all got burnt. What was the initial feeling you had in wanting to bake cakes for people? Is it your own recipe or someone elses? To make my son birthday cake for his first birthday which I wanted to do since kid, I do a cake making course at the Richmond Community college to do class.

You must have felt you were good enough to be a professional baker but you underestimated how long it would take.

Practicing from those already doing this is the key to it. To be the best you have to learn from the best and get inspired by baking once a wek at first.

Setting goals with each cake you make and who for and where do you see you taking it, will be a part time business or a something you want to do fulltime at some point? You may need a better oven or recipe as people use different ovens and so it may take shorter than said in the book or a bit longer. You soon learn as you continue to succeed in making cakes.

Be your own critic but let those you want eating them give you feedback. So being a goal medalist is the goal of each participant of the Olympics and they would have dreamed and dreamed, training everyday and allowed hurdles to crop up but but not stopping to be number one.

Many thanks

be kind to yourself and others, being happy within yourself, being positive, life coaching blog, looking after yourself, stop judging

Commenting on someones weight, commenting on somebody’s life and commenting on someones dreams.

Has this been you? I hate those who judge other people and I have caught myself from doing so and it is “Who are you to judge?” it is not up to me and people say “Yeah in an ideal world” but do you have to judge other people? Getting to know people, yes, listening to people, yes and seeing the big picture of what is truly going on in someones life, yes.

When People Judge: Why It's Not Really About You

There is a 10 commardment of don’t judge those on how you wouldn’t like them to judge you.

Yet people still do it and it seeing it, it’s their actual problem not the person they are judging and in some way they get satisfaction from that.

It is often because it feels good to throw a hurt at someone when it goes for those that judge and making assumptions about people yet they haven’t given that person a chance to be heard yet they expect others just be quiet and its looking down on people for no real reason.

There are people who don’t like my approach in being laid back and flexible, but I have seen better things in doing so and I am a open minded person which gets judged a lot of too.

I am not someone who follows always on how someone else lives but I set standards for myself as I can says I don’t know everything yet in some peoples mind it is “Well you should?” There are things that I am good at like writing and the feedback has been an eye opener and I know that my words are doing more than just words but they do have meaning and when began blogging had no idea of whow they would be received.

So, for me it is:

Get to know that peron who you see. I always go on if they are good and lovely for real its when you actually meet them that counts and you can tell from 5 words if they are really a nice person or not and their body language too.

If you feel that you have been judged then ask them “Why are you judging me?” and be open to then give then a sense of control still but make it clear you have boundaries and you don’t like to be judged and you’ll find if you do it, they are the ones who will begin screaming and shouting.

So look after yourself and #BeKind to yourself too.

blog about what is super human being, inspiring people, life savers, real heroes, those working for emergency services

Hello and can I say hand on heart your likes and follows mean the world to me and so thank you with all my heart.

This is blog 14 of my 30 day blog challenge. Posting everyday on this site and this days blog is about What is a Super Human Being.

One Love Foundation on Twitter: "If you're curious about how One Love education can improve relationships, save lives, and inspire people in your community to #lovebetter, join our FREE Student Leadership events

Watching the news today which I don’t tend to watch all of the time, my heart goes out to those who across europe has had massive flooding and lost their homes due to this disaster and I will say a prayer for them and that they get their homes back and no more flooding occurs.

So being a Super Human is those who like many who go out of their way to help other people and its those who are doing so because its what they are their for and would still save people even if they never worked for the Emergency services.

I think a lot people deserve credit for what they come across in their everyday life yet it is part of who they are. I think of my friend in Peabody called Kelly who was hurt badly one day and ended up being Brain Damaged because of it, yet before this happened she was mature beyond her years and would be like the third parent to her siblings and I would spend time to help her do that. Her parents were lovely people and made life on the estate easy living yet they as a family did have some turbalents yet they carried on living and being cheerful.

When reading a fitness Womens Fitness of people that created running clubs for people and did that at first like a hobby and then became addictive and it did for me. After doing the London 10K twice raaising money for Help For Heroes and Cancer Research it was so rewarding and people who were competing giving me encouragement and it was an honour to have taken part.

I think about those who created Monkey Music to help mums and babies with their development and created mother and toddler groups where you can have a chat with other mums and making tea and coffee and those who work in afterschool clubs, how they use up their evening to help kids to have fun when their parents are working hard too to put food on the table.

I am glad the Queen is honouring those who never often get mentioned in the honours list and feel that this has turned a corner and more people who do life saving jobs to be honoured each year for the bravery and the cost of their own lives too.

achievements, Creating success in your life, having bad days, just when you thought your dream was taken away, look after your wellbeing

Hello and welcome! So I amended my blog from yesterday as I jumped ahead thinking it was my 14th blog already but no it was my 12th blog and now carrying on with challenge as it is DAY 13!

In this blog post I am talking about, Just when you thought your dream was taken away.

Having Bad Day Stock Illustrations – 29 Having Bad Day Stock Illustrations, Vectors & Clipart - Dreamstime

If you have hit some hurdles in your life you can often be surprised of what card has been handed to you and you think “Wow well I didn’t see that coming” when often we do but we ignore it and can often be in denial.

I have been knocked down a lot in my life and I think that is why I am here today because I have had to often fight for my place in life and life can become a tug of war.

So, just when I thought I wouldn’t get the Job back when I first started work I get the phone call that I got it, when I was travelling do the Great North Run thought that I wouldn’t be able to complete it, but checking the map for the first time as I took my time to get up the north england I finished in less time that initially planned.

When I thought the cup when going to dancing school and thought I’d never get it would be handed to someone else I won it and go to keep it for a year and then left due to work and then after writing to many football clubs before trying to find a full time job, became a Steward for a season at Fulham Football club and then got to do work experience helping the groundman too.

I thought this blog would just get a few followers I am now in the hundreds of followers and I thank you all for that as I honestly have not expected it, but yes, got great feedback and that means the world to me.

So you can achieve whatever you want just never stop believing and dreaming as more goods thing are always on the cards, you just have to fight your way sometimes, but reading the blog over I am proud of myself and I don’t feel guilt for doing so, and neither should any of us.

30 day blog challenge, blog about UK Holiday, Inspiring stories, my holidays in the UK as a kid, weekly blog post

Hello and welcome to a new Inspiring stories post and this week I am talking about The UK Holiday.

So as a kid we would go on regular holidays in Seawick in Clacton and I have posted a blog about this Inspiring Stories: History of the Holiday Camps

I would often go camping in Newbury and spend a Sunday near Chertsey. Would travel with the Pub Football Team which consisted of my Dad and his mates from Chelsea, London and go to Rye.

570 British Seaside - Vintage Images ideas | british seaside, seaside, great british

Now we are still living the Pandemic still travelling abroad this year is going to be tricky due to the amount of Travel Issurance you have to pay, so many will be taking a UK Holiday and when I think of this it seems so old fashioned, but the best times away have been travelling to and from different UK attractions. I hope the rain holds off so I can take my son to the coast again and I love caravans. The Caraven was always popular in the UK and it still is. I loved it as it felt like a holiday and we would buy a kite and would be with our grandparents.

The UK then got taken over by holiday makers like we did for white going abroad instead, which effected many holiday camps and seaside towns where many Britains would go before going abroad became hugley popular and in expenisve. Many seaside resorts lost a lot of money and cities in the UK example London became hugely popular with tourism which made up for the loss the seaside resorts did, yet when I worked at Butlins it was one of the popularist holiday camps in Britain and on the south coast of England.

People would come down for adult weekends, and then other privately owned camps began to make up some money by doing the same yet played second in holidays for a while.

It has got back to its feet and now this year I predict that many will holiday in the UK rather abroad due to COVID and people wanted to have a safer holiday by doing so.

So if you had good holidays in the UK then I’d love to hear your stories. You can do so by commenting below.

Many thanks for reading,

achieving success in your life, becoming the best in the world, building your life to be a success, good ways to learn from the Euros, monday weekly blog post

Hello and welcome to blog 11 and I have talking about the what we can learn from Euros and becoming the best in the world.

Check out my Monday Chat video:Talking football and what is coming up in terms of content this week.

Well first off what is your niche? Who are you? When you think about your life as it is how would you rate it from 1 being awful, 10 being the happiest you have ever been.

Motivational Quotes: 200+ Inspiring Quotes to Win 2021

So what can we learn:

  1. Never give up. Life is full of paths ones we take without thinking and ones we often can question.
  2. If you had a points table how would you score yourself. Is there anything peronally you want to work on and build
  3. Be fully charged. Find items that gives you maximum energy and happiness. Footballers don’t just go out and play football but have daily habits that they do before a match. So a ritual can help to prepare for the day and any challenges that come your way

Becoming the best in the world:

  1. Take on the challenges and look at the competition and research things that noone else ever mentions and have good system that helps build yourself to be best at what you truly love to do, not just on the day but will help accomplish goals for the year
  2. Write down the fears you have and address each one and how you can overcome them
  3. Be your own judge and reflect on each task you do and is it something you enjoy or something you feel you have to do?
  4. Focus your mind on the ultimate reward. So rehearse in your mind of the receiving the car you want or the home you want
  5. Log each achievement done and again rehearse completing them and that is each step you take too

We all want that break where at last you get noticed for your what you do and thank you for following me and liking blogs it really means the world to me.

Many thanks,

Carrie X
