blog 18 of 30 day challenge, creating abundance, creating dreams and promises, self belief, self help post

Hello and welcome to a new blog and posting on this blog site for 30 days and it is Day 18 and in this blog I am talking about Creating Dreams and Promises to yourself.

To become the person you want to be often is already there but it has taken a while for you to see it. I live by wanting to be the best version of myself and want to help others to do the same. We often can fear that we aren’t good enough and these feelings can grow to stop us in our tracks and standing still for to long can drive us all crazy.

  • Value yourself
  • Own your own mind
  • Initiat change to your current life
  • Clear away mental clutter
  • Everyone you we meet have a value and measure how good they are with you.

  • If we get knocked down get back up feeling even better and be your own leader.
  • Be truthful to yourself.
  • Allow judgement but stand up for yourself.
  • Be free and if their are others pulling you towards a dark tunnel that is their fears not yours.
  • Build yourself to give promises to yourself and never fear you r capabilities

When you have created dreams and promises have them displayed so you can remember them and take picture on your phone and you can read the and change them again as you continue to work towards them.

Have regular meeting with people who are helping you of any events that have cropped up and you need support in dealing with them, and never fear wanting help from others.

Remember we all have the right to be a success and so remember to set goals for you and others supporting you and keep it forever growing.

Many thanks for reading,

achievements, Creating success in your life, having bad days, just when you thought your dream was taken away, look after your wellbeing

Hello and welcome! So I amended my blog from yesterday as I jumped ahead thinking it was my 14th blog already but no it was my 12th blog and now carrying on with challenge as it is DAY 13!

In this blog post I am talking about, Just when you thought your dream was taken away.

Having Bad Day Stock Illustrations – 29 Having Bad Day Stock Illustrations, Vectors & Clipart - Dreamstime

If you have hit some hurdles in your life you can often be surprised of what card has been handed to you and you think “Wow well I didn’t see that coming” when often we do but we ignore it and can often be in denial.

I have been knocked down a lot in my life and I think that is why I am here today because I have had to often fight for my place in life and life can become a tug of war.

So, just when I thought I wouldn’t get the Job back when I first started work I get the phone call that I got it, when I was travelling do the Great North Run thought that I wouldn’t be able to complete it, but checking the map for the first time as I took my time to get up the north england I finished in less time that initially planned.

When I thought the cup when going to dancing school and thought I’d never get it would be handed to someone else I won it and go to keep it for a year and then left due to work and then after writing to many football clubs before trying to find a full time job, became a Steward for a season at Fulham Football club and then got to do work experience helping the groundman too.

I thought this blog would just get a few followers I am now in the hundreds of followers and I thank you all for that as I honestly have not expected it, but yes, got great feedback and that means the world to me.

So you can achieve whatever you want just never stop believing and dreaming as more goods thing are always on the cards, you just have to fight your way sometimes, but reading the blog over I am proud of myself and I don’t feel guilt for doing so, and neither should any of us.

Many thanks for reading,

achieving success in your life, becoming the best in the world, building your life to be a success, good ways to learn from the Euros, monday weekly blog post

Hello and welcome to blog 11 and I have talking about the what we can learn from Euros and becoming the best in the world.

Check out my Monday Chat video:Talking football and what is coming up in terms of content this week.

Well first off what is your niche? Who are you? When you think about your life as it is how would you rate it from 1 being awful, 10 being the happiest you have ever been.

Motivational Quotes: 200+ Inspiring Quotes to Win 2021

So what can we learn:

  1. Never give up. Life is full of paths ones we take without thinking and ones we often can question.
  2. If you had a points table how would you score yourself. Is there anything peronally you want to work on and build
  3. Be fully charged. Find items that gives you maximum energy and happiness. Footballers don’t just go out and play football but have daily habits that they do before a match. So a ritual can help to prepare for the day and any challenges that come your way

Becoming the best in the world:

  1. Take on the challenges and look at the competition and research things that noone else ever mentions and have good system that helps build yourself to be best at what you truly love to do, not just on the day but will help accomplish goals for the year
  2. Write down the fears you have and address each one and how you can overcome them
  3. Be your own judge and reflect on each task you do and is it something you enjoy or something you feel you have to do?
  4. Focus your mind on the ultimate reward. So rehearse in your mind of the receiving the car you want or the home you want
  5. Log each achievement done and again rehearse completing them and that is each step you take too

We all want that break where at last you get noticed for your what you do and thank you for following me and liking blogs it really means the world to me.

Many thanks,

Carrie X

acts of kindness, everyone can build a castle, life coaching blog, looking after other people, to be a better human being

Hello! This blog has been prewritten for Sunday, as I don’t post any live blogs on this day, and in this blog I am talking about Taking time out to practice kindness that can be so rewarding and empowering, and it is a simple as holding the door for someone, or dedicating a blog post to someone and I want to praise people like Lenny Henry who with Bob Geldoff came up with Comic Relief and raising money for kids in Africa and then in the UK.

70 Simple Random Acts of Kindness You Can Do Every Day -

We do need to protect and building up the next generation and I am concisous of myself of how sometimes I have taken other people for granted that now I have grown and realised no that’s not me.

I do common courtesy and it has been enbedded for me so I do like I drink water, and supporting those that have fallen then built their lives up that has inspired me like Tony Robbins and Rod Stewart with his music.

No one likes a door shut in their faces and that does happen but that teaches you how not to be.

Sending a card every month to a relative or friend to check in on them and now social distancing is being removed slightly we will be able to visit our friends and relatives on their own.

Organize a gathering and do the Tea and Cake afternoons with Murie Curie Cancer or Dementia and if it is birthday and sunny why to arrange a BBQ for those friends you haven’t seen for ages to raise money for charity.

Visit a Charity shop as I love doing this as it is amazing on what you can find. Buy books for someone for their birthday and arrange a book club to raise money for good causes.

Anything that helps those in greater need than ourselves. Do a Fundraising walk or run and have celebration of a small gathering to reward yourself. It is all empowering and can make such a difference.

Create a project like I have done this year, doing my Project 2021 which I turned into an online course:

life of a writer, my weekly blog, scheduling my life, what a day is like for me, wordpress blog giving self help tips

Hello and welcome to Day 7 where I am posting everyday for 30 days (so the entire month) on this site and thank you for the likes I have received so far it really means the world to me.

So, What a day is like for me? Well I do a Day in a life videos on Friday to Sunday, or just Saturday sometimes, and in the week Tuesday’s and Wednesdays.

I start between 6:30 to 8am to get my first cup of tea of the day along with some breakfast. Being a writer I do have various things to do each day and soon i will be doing other work whilst I keep writing my books, blogs, creating Youtube videos and online courses. Check out my site: https://carrieseducationnetwork.thinkific.com/

Blog and book writing is hardwork as coming up with new ideas is tricky yet I have done it and now on this site alone I have over 100 followers and it keeps me on my toes but makes me see that what I am trying to achieve with my writing, is happening.

It has taken a long time, but for me it is a lot of conmunity based and I love being part of the Blog and Book writing world.

I will drink Caffienated drinks as I feel it helps me take a break and keeps me from feeling sleepy throughout the day. I will have a snack or two, but moderately and I will fit in some exercise and today I wrote some notes whilst sitting in the park.

I will take a break from posting any blogs live and that is on Sundays, and Mondays and Thursdays I use this time not filming day in a life videos use it to do some Admin, like updating my schedule as I like to block schedule my days. I hope to be able to work in the local library at some point again or in a coffee shop which has good Wifi.

I always go for a walk and do errands, I will clean my work base and look after my room, and then wind down and swtich off from the day.

It can be so easy to work, work and work, but then it can become like a chore which I avoid and so will do different things each week rather being repetitive keeping it fresh, but enjoying it at the same time.

So I hope this blog has been informative and more blogs to come as I continue my 30 day challenge.

Many thanks for reading,

Carrie X

changing your mindset, everyone can build a castle, feeling powerful, inspiration, life coaching blog

So this is for Day 4 of my 30 day blog challenge, where I will be posting a blog each day on this site so this will be scheduled for tomorrow Sunday and is all about Switch your mindset and being powerful in life.

Want to lead a stress-free, happy life? Doing this might help | Health News | Zee News

When you switch your mindset it means that instead of going straight for the negative voice and movie you play in your mind to the good voice and the happy image you see. When we are low and we feel not happy in us we can from experience, pass it on to other people or question and not like happy people as it feels “Why are they so happy what must they smile when it is not what I feel”. We can’t expect people to change if they do not wish to, and it has to be from yourself.

From someone who lacked confidence and super anxious it would go through “What if this happens and how I feel if I fail?”. it is not about failure it is about what you want to receive back from life if you don’t like what your life is currently at. How I switched it was when I put on a lot of wait being on the pill and my mum rang to tell me I had put on weight and to lose weight and I remember feeling so shallow of what I had become. I came off the pill and then my weight reduced immediately and began running and exercising and wanted to do the London Marathon. I still haven’t done that London Marathon but did a half of one instead.

I had to educate myself learning about fitness and nutrition and read a book all about food and how it can be a great source of medicine. This is true I began healthy eating and lowered my potions and then few year later I put weight on again due to actual medication which then got changed and once again I lost weight.

I had to change how I felt about myself in order to get where I wanted to be and that was achieving the things I had dreamt of and it was basically changing my routine, so going for a run as soon as I got up in the mornings, doing a run on a Sunday and then made more effort in terms of clothes. Before this though when first working at a Holiday camp because I was burning off from working in Restaurants and in the evening venues I lost a tone of weight and I was again dressing confidentally and then I was seeing someone on camp who turnout to be a low life and then met someone else there who was a dream and had to stand on my own too feet which I did and then I was married to not that person but someone who I was working with and then moved back to London, but during that time I had hit a low point.

It did mean I had to sort myself out and so I did. Looking at my life now I feel that it has made me a stronger person and seen the qualities I have that I never knew before and feel so powerful as I now have parts of my life sorted out and I think it was determination I have had all through my life.

So if something is wrong switch it, develop new habits, new skills and set goals, as without them I would have never gotten myself together and is what has helped me build my life and I do feel there is more to add to that. So dream, plan and switch you mindset so you can be the happiest you have ever been too.

Many thanks for reading,

Carrie X

Hello so it is day 2 of my 30 day challenge to write a post a day for 30 days on this blog site, which I created over 10 years ago to help you have a better and successful life.

In this blog post I am talking about Living for more in your life.

  1. Be ruthless and go for it.
  2. Set goals as big as possible and never hold yourself back
  3. Be on the look out for more in your life
  4. Set boundaries that are positive but also for others who may get in your way to living more
  5. Do a day where you spend time reflecting on your days and weeks
  6. Create a day that your family can do together like at home Curry night or family puzzle, something that gets all the family together
  7. Spend time planning outdoor activities to explore, I loved visiting places like Worthing and Arundel, such tranquil places
  8. Set a date with your family of doing a whole house clean up and once its all done reward you and your family by having a takeaway and watching a Movie

These are all things you can do now and have fun post Lockdown.
