Hello, and I hope you have had a good week, and I am ready for the weekend. This week on this blog site I saw that I have had 5,000 views and so thank you. I am so happy that this site is getting such a response as I want people to use this site to help them and feel good by my blogs.

This blog asks, “Does time effect us from being successful in life?”

If you are getting flustered by the things in your life then yes, because I go at such a speed sometimes that I hit that wall, and I have talked about that in previous blogs and videos, and so I give myself a realistic list of what I know I can get done and not suffer with burnout and the day should start how it ended.

So meaning, that it should start full of energy and end with a good steady pace like it begun.

Rushing when you dont’ realise it. I am guilty, and so I will take my time now, rather than jamming all what needs to be done in one day. This can lead us to self sabotage and to give up before you’ve even started.

If you are struggling with time then it can effect our success because we feel its to bigger a mounting to get anything done, and you have kids running around, whilst you try to tidy things awat, you feel that your email inbox is getting fuller and yes I am guilty of that. We plan to wash our hair and have a pampering evening and you end up feeling to knackered to even lifting a finger, so yes it can cause us to say “I can’t do this”.

Well look around and look at your lists, is there anything that catches your eye on your list and stands out on your list? If it does then this should be the first item to get done and completed.

I have written an EBook on amazon, talking about Things to Change one day at a time

We all want to be like be Mary Poppins and have a carpet bag that can carry a hat stand and a lamp but this is a musical and if you like to pretend you are whilst cleaning singing “A Spoonful of sugar” going and put the sound track on. I am writing this blog listening to the Eurythmics in concert on Youtube, and so if that it what it takes to get back on the road of being on time with your life and gets your life in shape so it doesn’t hold you back from being successful then do it.

Should time be in a goal?

Yes! This is what I am saying, “Time can be used to challenge yourself”. So before you read on, get a bin that is empty or even a storage container and go around the room putting thing into it, and have three bins in fact. One saying Inbox and one saying Outbox and another to give away if you find items you no longer need.

Getting rid of stuff in family homes can take alot to get rid of items, but if you want more time then create it. Block scheduling a must and just giving yourself 5 minutes a day can make all the difference, and I clean my desk at least once a week and scheduling has become my bestfriend.

Create chart with the time you have spare and put down what is the first space that can be sorted out first and if you need to take a break then do so.

So yes time can effect our success because we think we have to do everything now but actually you don’t.

Underestimated ourselves? How can we overcome this?

We do put on, so much strain on ourselves and be unkind, yet when we see people who shout and scream at anyone, we straight away go into praising ourselves. and says “I am glad I not like that”, and it is looking yourself on the outside and see that we are kind and approachable, I am not mad in getting angry, we should be able to express ourselves.

When it comes to accepting ourselves it can take a long process, as we do fear peer pressure. So it is time to be kind and see what you are capable of. We are all allowed to breath in this world, and so we need stop underestimating ourselves and see our strengths we have.

To Overcome underestimating ourselves, it is good through your assets, and that for me is I have the fingers to write and have the eyes to see and I have the power through my blogs to reach out to people all over the world. Now that for me is powerful, to even write that, but it is true.

We are so quick to criticize ourselves and not give ourselves a break, when we feel low is often needed. I give myself credit, because I understand about it is about being a true human being. Being kind to what we say to ourselves and so go through your assets physically and mentally.

Taking on challenges this year did me so good, and it showed me of what I could achieve within a year, and has enthused my energy to do more to inspire myself aswell as from other people.

Journal your thoughts, and go through all the things you want achieve and it can be whatever you want, and should you set a deadline??

I have tried this method, and it has helped but in some areas not, like setting myself a deadline to finish my books I write, but I find that because there is more to add I need to finish it in my own time and not rush my books but give myself time to edit and arite.

It is time to be good to yourself and set that as one of your goals fro the end of the year, following onto the next year.

Setting new goals for the new year

It is almost the end of another year and before you know it we will be in 2022, and it is getting to the time where I will set my goals for the year to follow 2021 and so I will be checking through mine and creating new ones.

I will be creating printables to help you set goals too.

See Printables I have made for your happy journal, I have put together these for you to use how ever way you wish.

It is important to me to set them up and it helps me to grow and development. It will mean new books to be written and more projects.

I will be setting myself more monthly challenges and have an even better year than this year, and wanting to be in a new home, and see more of my son.

There are more projects I want to do along with monthly challenges as I really enjopyed the ones I did this year, and to come out of my comfort zone.

The Catorgories I am setting for myself is under Personal/Home, Work and Play like this year.

When it comes to separating your goals, it is good to write them out first, an then organize them.

Be precise about them and make little goals in between the ones you achieve.

I like to go over the previous year that I can help in the next one, and as the year evolves up date them if things change.

You have to understand there will be hurdles but they should spear you on to achieve the goals even more.

So look out for my blogs on this channel and more blog will getting ready for the new year to follow.

Learning to make life your own/Do things for yourself

I don’t see my life as perfect, but someting that is growning as I am, and I feel that I am still learning, and really we learn everyday.

You need to often be ruthless and if we feel out of control, it is important to gain it back and not allow others detate, but respectng people more and have respect for ourselves too.

We need be with like minded people, who want to see us grow and have a life that makes you happy, not feel like a tug of war.

It should be about you for a change and so take time to be with yourself aswell as socialising, be with yourself.

If there are people who can’t accept you, for who you are then, that is fine, I am not expecting everyone to be my BFF, but I still want to the best for them.

Take a lunch break if you often don’t, as working all day can tire us out and when this happens to me, I often find it is hard to put one leg in front of the other, forget working.

Have a holiday, if you often don’t and even if it is staying at home, so not necessarily going anywhere or staying anywhrere else, just time to do different things.

Like booking a manicure or a pedicure, visit the gym, go for a walk and take yourself on holiday somewhere if you need a change of senory.

Create a yearly tradition if you don’t have any, or the ones you had faded away. This could be like I do, go for a Christmas day walk and and restart my fitness routine and meet up with people I haven’t seen for a while.

Have that time to go through what you want to add to your life, that will help you not fall of the wagon, and after half term if you are a mother like me, to use that time to go to a Spa or on a retreat somewhere, if you can find a friend or family you can trust looking after the kids whilst you have a break and just be good to yourself.

It is about taking time out for yourself and why not after you drop you kids back to school, go for a regular brisk walk somewhere.

If you could put happiness into a Jar

Hello and thank you for all the likes to my blogs and just to let you know I have three Youtube channels and so check my main one via this link:

So if you could put happiness in to a jar what would you put into it?

I have created a sample and have created a downloadable print out with a section where you can fill it in.

This can be anything see the picture below:

I have a PDF version which has more pages.

It can be anything within reason. Of course, don’t be offensive. But what would make up your happiness potion if this existed?

What would it smell like. For me it would be Vanilla and Cinnamon, and Lavender.

If you choose a song to put in the jar, what would it be?

Mine would be “My turn” by Diana Ross. Whenever I hear it, I am reminded of my life. The line “I’ll let it rain, because the rain is not gonna hurt me” has been my motto.

What if it is a job or career you have dreamed of, what would this be?

I listed mine above in the picture of the jar. It is writing for a magazine. I watch Sheer Lux on Youtube and would love to be part of that world.

With the list I have made, you can add items as much as would fit in the jar. You can have different jars for what would make you happy.

The PDF can be printed and placed into your happiness folder. You can also use it to make your own documents. Use mine as a guide for you.

Not focusing on the New year but in changing my life forever

So I am not saying to disrespect the new year and I know “We are still in October, please talk about the new year when in December”, but this for me is when I start to set my goals for the end of this year, to end the year in a bang and start the new year off with a bang, but they will things that will change my life forever not just because its the end of an old year to a new one.

Each year I get emotional over the end of it, because it is another one gone and I feel pressure sometimes, that I have to step it up even more.

I still don’t have all my goals achieved due to the circumstances, yet I am gonna keep them to achieve for next year and I go through them, to see if any of them have changed and if I have to alter any.

Each year I make a lot of life changes, but no resolutions, as they to me aren’t a one time thing, but items I can achieve through out the year and again, and are life changing.

So, I am gonna sit with a notepad today and start planning up to the end, my goals for the end of this year, and to then carry them over and add more, for the following year.

I will create some printables to set you on the treck to ending the year and to start a new one, so you can restart your life, but lowering the pressure.

This means creating a new vision board and planning my programmes for next year, as in the Spring I am going to do like this year, “2022 Spring and Summer Programme” and will be like this year, building a better year and life for ourselves.

I will be going through items that hold me back and address them and creating new challenges for myself.

Restart your life Anytime not just for the New year

So first of all. Thank you so much in liking my blogs on this site and so happy that you liked my 30 day challenge I did on this site, it really means everything to me.

In this blog post I am talking about Restart your life anytime not just for the New Year.

When it comes to restarting your life it means putting a lot to rest. If you aren’t feeling happy with certain people in your life, either discuss this with them and moving on to more like minded people who you do feel you have a connection with.

Have a life cleansing routine or ritual, for me this is when I spend time having a shower, using a body scrub, wash my hair and do some exercise and writing.

Getting projects that are overdue done and set a day of when you want to complete them, and then follow the cleansing routine or ritual as a reward to yourself.

Change the things you read, wear and use by rotating system, where by you sort out of say clothes and to make sure they get worn you go through what you have worn a lot and what you haven’t so to make sure you do get to wear those clothes you love, take them out to remember to do so. I like to go through my clothes of items worn or not worn for a while to wearing and have all my autumn and winter shoes out ready to wear.

Stop the self doubt and start living the life you want, like you already are. Dreams can be as big as you want them to be, and often you need patience and determination and keep seeing the vision and develop it as you get closer to your dreams.

Never allow others dictate your life for you, but have a network of support who you know will help drive you forward and when you set yourself up to be heard then do so and raise the bar of your success.

For me it is getting rid of the passed and being in the now and what is next in your life.

Just be worthy of yourself and give yourself praise and vision of how you would like to feel about you, and what gives you a neverending successful feeling and dreams are to live, breath and remember to take it all in, so you don’t miss it.

Feeling like you have no power in your life/Gaining back control of uneventful things

What do I mean by power, no sense of control over your life, but you try to grab it by the horns and say “No I want control back” but it is not there. You miss the bus, but other days you make it. That is something that could effect your day and now you’re late and feel that panic or at the moment the petrol stations have been chockerblock due to people needing petrol and there not being enough due to the Lorrys that are supposed to delivering it and everyone it queuing in their cars to get petrol.

Then I worry about the buses what if they run out, how would we get anywhere, yet is there a way to gain control? Yes, travelling by a different route, like instead of a bus get the train instead. Then there are taxis and not turning up and you have business meeting. What can you do to gain control? again use the train or see if a coworker had a car who has petrol to see if they can pick up en route.

Basically if you want to get somewhere urgently we has humans will always find a way. That is with everything. Of course with COVID alot of things have got effected making work difficult and has gained control of what we do and where we go.

Can you get it back? Yes by using social media and going digitial on some things, like to do lists and managing the calendar and using the post to send cards out and contacting people. As said you will always as a human being find a way.

I keep that in mind with the things that go on in my life where I feel things are beyond control, like being stuck on a bus like the week just gone and was late to meet my son after he finished school, and that meant texting Henry, my son’s dad to make sure someone he is there for when Henry is bought back from school.

So never fear the power is with in you so remember if you lose a bit of control of your life, you will find a way to gain control again.

Pressures/how we can control it/the OPPP Pressure

We have pressure from people around us at times, places and the paths we have gone through (OPPP Pressures) Objects, people, places and paths.

The talk in the blog linked above about letting go of things that no we are no longer in love with, or it can be because you played football at pro level and now you don’t due to injury and you never knew it would end in that way and now have accept that, the life we knew it is no more.

Letting things change for the better. This can cause many fears and hold us back.

We have pressure to restart things like wanting to read a book each month but now its 3 months later and still reading the same book. I have been there and failed, so now I will read my books as I do read to a novel or a true story and self help books. I give myself two pages a day and so far this method is working.

Pressures lay down questions that we don’t always want to answer but we know they are there. Example: Dealing with personal pressures, “If I don’t like a job I am in should I just give it up and move on?” I have worked for many companies and had been in this position and I have walked out on some jobs, due to the pressure.

Be strong and guided, allow the pressure to be releast and out of your body. Meditation is brilliant for this and prayer, if you are religious of course but pull yourself back and go through what is really causing the pressure, and go through The OPPP method to take control and be out of the pressure you feel.

Take care of yourself and #bekind to yourself and we deserve to be happy and be let of stress caused by too much pressure.

How to deal with loneliness and have more belonging

Hello and welcome! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for following me on this blog post and of my other blogs I write, https://carresversitilefashion.wordpress.com and https://theparentingadventurestipsandtricks.wordpress.com

So can you believe that loneliness can be different to people? it can and I have learned that it is as a kid I felt I didn’t belong and was scared of rejection, but its because I am a naturally social person depending on where I am and who with. As a kid I could not see it and felt very lonely and was told by many that I live in a world of my own.

I was not sure of these words but in funny way I did see it as a compliment as it made me see early “I was my own person” and now glad I was different.

Being different to others is okay, its how to present yourself and many people who feel loneliness its because they don’t have the right people around them to feel fulfilled and we are naturally all social creatures, yet I have suffered with social anxiety. That can be lonely right there, and you feel that only you can see it yet they can’t and think I am unsocialable.

When I write this it makes me ask, does this sound strange? Perhaps but it is true, I do feed off from other people and if someone wants to talk to me, I do and not judge them. I loved it as a kid we would go on holiday with other families the area I spent my life as a child and loved them, and would go camping with them too. I loved this community of people and wish they were still in my life.

We can be lonely when we feel unwanted in a family and often its the excuse, “Well they are family” yet should we feel left out? I settle and get to feel comfort by giving people space, but let them see I am here if they want to talk to me. If I don’t like someone I do stay back and don’t engage, or if I feel wary of them and often let them approach me if they want to, or not.

It is all about setting, and if you feel self conscious around some people that can then make you want to go elsewhere or they pretend that they haven’t been out all day without you and then tell you as you believe that they just met, yet was a cock and ball story, knowing that you both know the truth. I am someone who basically sees it as, “If you want me as a friend that’s fine but don’t pretend that you do”. Every human can feel lonely event those that have lots of cash and no where to go.

With lonely comes honesty and often people want you to feel lonely because they think its gonna make you want them around, yet you don’t want them and it can be tough to let people go, but sometimes you just have to, to get beyond he loneliness.

Being lonely isn’t an attack on someone it is a feeling and about wanting to be part of a world you feel you aren’t. Give time to those who really care not those that don’t. Listen to good music, videos and podcasts or even an audiobook, that makes you feel loved and that there is magic in those that can give you a lift and since sociallising on the net I have neverr looked back and thanks to modern technology I have now kept in touch with all the friends I have and it is a lot.
