Here is a new video talking about self confidence and what it can be like having good and bad days.
When we lack self confidence we can often feel we having endless bad days more than good and feel like it is the end of the world.
In this video I talk about how you can address those feelings. I hope you enjoy my video and please let me know by filling in the feedback form on my site of what topics you would like me to talk about.
Building self confidence has been something I have had to work on through out my life, and there are times when I feel a massive wave of confidence and some days where I have wanted to just hide away somewhere.
Here is a really great video by Tony Robbins, who talks about Creating Unstoppable Self confidence. See Below:
He talks about self sabotage. I am guilty of doing this myself, constantly criticizing things I do, like when I film for my Youtube channel and that nagging thought of is this good enough?
Why would anyone watch this?
I now listen to it and learned to push it away, and think of the good things I am getting out of filming for example, like I want to share how I clean my home, and things I have bought and how I handle lack of self confidence with others, because I enjoy it and want to build my blogs and Youtube audience, as I want to inform others who share the same interests.
it can be constant battle in your mind when it comes to building self confidence because that inner critic constantly wants to have its say, but learning to answer and handle that critic is the way to building better self confidence.
I would love to hear from you, if you to have had to work on your confidence and what you have done to build your confidence.
I was inspired to write this blog since coming across Tracy Hensel video “Today’s habits determines tomorrow results.
I’ve recently had to control my eating habits, as I have been diagnosed with having Type 2 diabetes. I know creating new eating habits will make me feel better about my self in the long run and feel more healthy.
Check out Tracy Hensel video below:
I made a video some time ago which I found on camera which I did post about making life changes, and creating new habits will help continue those life changes.
Just creating simple habits can help, like reduce the amount of coffee you drink or opt for decaf instead, which is one thing I have done, going on a long brisk walk once a week, or start a gratitude journal, having a huge clean up once a week.
It doesn’t have to be rocket science, it just has to be something that you feel needs to change, to help you feel better about yourself.
I have struggled with having low self confidence, having constant anxiety, and feeling continuously anxious all through my life. Making life changes can really help control those feelings, by making small gradual changes.
So want to make some changes to your lifestyle? Then why not start now, it is never too late.
Not sure how to begin this blog, because I don’t want it to appear that I am using someone’s death to make profit on my blog. That isn’t what I am about, but I feel I need to write this blog, because of how short of a time a certain special person had inspired me.
His name is Peeweetoms. A Youtuber who made inspiring videos about his life coping with terminal cancer.
I wasn’t even sure of which of my blog sites to write this on, but I feel I need to pay this tribute. If you want to watch Peeweetoms videos then click here to watch his channel.
He made you aware of what cancer can do, and to encourage others to get checked if they too are worried about having cancer, and not to be scared.
Sadly he lost his battle but his memory and his videos will live on, and will carry on creating awareness to others too.
Being someone who loves watching Youtube. I watch it every morning, whilst my son has his breakfast and in between getting him ready for school, I was alerted a video by Will Smith. Yes, the Will Smith has a Youtube channel.
He decided to on a challenge and bungee jump from a helicopter into the Grand Canyon.
Don’t get me wrong this is something I would never do, but I can’t help but get inspired by people who would, or have done.
Check out the video below:
The biggest challenge I have ever taken on was taking part in the Great North Run, and I remember travelling up there getting quite emotional, thinking I wouldn’t make it back home, but I did.
After I took on the challenge of the Great North Run, the Adrenaline rush was intense and I felt I could take on the world.
Taking a leap of faith can help you get out of a rut, and make you see that you can take on anything, if you put your mind and heart to it.
So if there is something you have always wanted to do, then do it, as life is short and we all don’t know what is around the corner, and setting challenges can really help the mind and body.
If you have completed challenges like Will Smith than fantastic and well done, I think you are amazing, and inspiring.
What has been the biggest challenge in your life?
Is there something you have always wanted do and done it?
I was so sad to hear that Claire Wineland who is a public speaker and also made various Youtube videos, had died.
She was and still will be an inspiration for so many. The way she spoke and what she said about people with illnesses truly made sense. Just because some is sick doesn’t mean you should pity them, as people are more than their sickness, they are still human after all.
Here is video proving what a true inspiration she was. She may have gone but never forgotten.
Being a Youtube enthusiast I came across this video by Muchelleb it is about 22 habits of successful people.
It is always good to have some habits that you follow that makes your days successful, that is why I make my bed everyday because it helps set up my day and not want to slip back into bed, and makes me get things done.
I would love to know some habits you have that has made you successful.
