This has helped me to feel better about my life and developing better habits to live a more happier life.
You can do ten things or set a timer to do things in ten minutes. On the treadmill I will do a ten minute walk some days and weeks or walk outside, I use this also for my son who is reluctant at times in getting dressed for school or brush his teeth and it seems to work.
Here is this weeks Cheat Sheet for ideas of ten things you can do:
These are free to download and print. I post every Monday except on bank holidays.

Welcome Welcome! This is my first blog of my Life Coaching Programme, Summer Project 2025 and will be filming videos and blogs, so lets get started.
So what do you want to focus on?
If I go through my mind and feel there are so many things I want to work on, but not knowing where to start, I will ask about what I want to focus on.
I want to focus on this Life Coaching programme, building my content on Youtube, my blogs and editing the first book of a series I want to create and sorting out my sons bedroom and mine. Also sorting out my sons placement for when he is in year 7, to go onto Secondary school.
Focus on each day:
So today it is my husband’ birthday, packing to go back to Epsom as I live in Wimbledon with my mum and step dad and my husband and son in Epsom, writing this first blog post of my life coaching course and watch a bit of Youtube and have a nice dinner.
I will, when I plan my week put the most important item to remember or to do, as the heading of each day on my Notion Calendar. So tomorrow, remembering to send an email in regards to a Secondary School place. On Tuesday it is Go For a Walk outside as I am training to do Race for life and doing some writing in a coffee shop, Wednesday edit a vlog, Thursday my son has Afterschool club again and Friday Edit another vlog.
I limit what I plan for each day, because some tasks take longer than others. Example planning my radio show, editing a blog, vlog and on my books.
Eliminate and go through what can wait:
When it comes to focus I go through tasks that can wait and this helps me to not be overwhelmed.
As I go through my lists I will rewrite what I want to focus on, if anything more important has cropped up and change my schedule. It is all about lowering the amount but not getting distracted by all that you need to do, really focusing on what will give you the greatest pleasure in ticking it off, meeting your needs.
Please do comment on what your focus is and do the worksheet as I post and film and if you want to share what you focus is then do so. You can leave a comment below.

Hello it is the start of a new week. I hope your weekend was good.
So it is the last week of term before the children are off for half term. What better way to begin with prepping for half term with a list of ideas of what to do.
We can lose our sense of self worth when things go wrong and feel that we are inadequate. Comparing ourselves to others. Not wanting to be face to face with ourselves.
The question I ask myself when I am having a down moment is, “Why do I feel this way?”
It can be influence, but I feel it is deeper than that. I feel it is because it becomes habit, i have done for so many years to the point it can be draining. I remember at Primary school and a girl I was sitting with said when I was touching my hair “You love yourself” like there was something wrong with that. Why shouldn’t I love myself? Why can’t we feel good and be happy with who we are?
There is no shame in feeling good about yourself. No more underestimating yourself and celebrate what you bring into the world. The world is happy that you are here and what you bring to it.
Document your feelings.
Have some quiet time
Leave the chores
Be in a different environment
Meet a friend or relative not seen for a while
You should never live your life by somebody else’s means. It is a personal choice and what makes you feel good about your life and doing things that help to create abundance and that your not just a number but a human being who is kind to others but also to yourself.
I got my hair done this week, I now take my supplements again along with keep getting out. That is important to me. I am fed up of feeling like I don’t matter and dread. I am done with those feelings. I like who I am and feel proud to be me.
Give yourself praise by writing down what you like about yourself aswell as what is bothering you and is there someone who always puts you down and speak with them to address, what they have against you. Don’t pay attention to them. I have come to realise that I am not to everyone’s tastes. I know I can get on people nerves as I can be up and down in terms of mood and indecisive.
Its what is important to me and be the person I wish to be, as long as it isn’t lashing out like I did once upon a time. I have been jealous and critical of others and now I know better than that and want to see people happy not sad and really focus on building my self worth, being Selfish check out this blog: Its Okay to Be Selfish at times and if you continuously feeling down then perhaps speak to someone. I got help. I was falling a apart. I didn’t know what was real and what was not.
I am fully recovered now and no where to go should I relapse and not allow my mind to go crazy but listen to my gut and building my self confidence that I am back to being happy go lucky and living for each day and enjoy who I am and my life.
So today what is important to you? Take time in going through it.
Hello! I hope you had a good two weeks. Here is a new Weekly Cheat Sheet and this week it is about Teach Yourself. I wrote a blog in Change Your Life in April 2025 and it is about being Selfish and is so important: Its Okay to Be Selfish
I am the happiest I have been doing things that make me feel good each day. I love reading and make sure each day I spend time reading. I like to do home workouts and having a coffee in the morning, not all the time now and popping out going for walks.
These are free to download and print. They are on many different topics. If you’d like to be notified when I post a printable or a post, please subscribe.
Just to let you know I will be doing my yearly my Life Coaching programme Summer Project 2025 and will begin in June 2025 to August 2025. There will be a free worksheet for it, blogs and Videos. The Videos will be on my Educational Youtube channel: Carrie Educational Youtube channel – YouTube
We can lose sense of ourselves when we have so much to do. This is why I have a routine in place to ensure I don’t get lost and next minute, nothing is done.
A picture of me editing my book whilst having my weekly coffee and is part of my weekly routine.
So here are tips on how to stay within your routine:
Do 1 minute tasks: This has helped me immensely and it can be putting the cups used in the morning into the sink for washing up and drying up, from breakfast whilst the kettle is boiling. You’d be amazed how this can help. I did a Cheat Sheet To help: one minute tasks
Brake it up: So I yesterday cleaned the fire place, I was stopping in yesterday and had a couple of minutes and cleaned it top to bottom. Today I will do the windowsills in the Living room and I put out the laundry this morning
Keep tabs on your dates and appointments: Keeping tabs on my sons school clubs and that he is kept informed of events, too. My son works via a routine and so will make sure that he has his breakfast first, gotten dressed, once he has finished his breakfast, do a bit of reading and has his shoes and socks between 8:15 to 8:30am, to ensure he is ready for the taxi that takes him to school. I make sure he has what he needs for the club and is ready in plenty of time as I fear lateness.
Chill out time: As much it is important to getting things done, due to deadlines, it important to add to your routine, relaxation. We aren’t here in this world to do it all. Monday I was burnt out. I couldn’t get onto my laptop, so I took a break and felt so much better for it.
Step back: Take time away from the everyday. I love flexibility and will change my mind on tasks and step back and ask myself “Do I want to do something else” and if I feel a yes then I do and it helps my work ethic and treating my daily tasks as chores.
Plan through out the day: I like to go through plans and spend time listening to a podcast and what helps me to build my content, I will rewrite what needs to be done to help store it in my head as well as writing on my mobile. I make sure all my tasks are done by 2pm, to ensure I have relaxation.
Fit in walking and indoor workouts: Many find the mornings a good time to do a workout or go for a run. I like to walk outside in the mornings, but on the treadmill in the afternoon. I will workout on the go. Example: when waiting for the kettle to boil or making dinner, do a leg workout. Check out this blog I wrote: https://neworganizedself.blogspot.com/2025/05/things-i-do-to-save-myself-time.html I will in bed do some stretching and walking to the shops, taking notice of what is around me and listening to nature around me.
Cooking and meals: We make sure we make time for breakfast. Henry sometimes likes a cooked one and I think is a bit off from having cereal but we make sure we always got food for breakfast. So my husband does his shop on Saturday and I will by food for meals in the week. I write a list for both of us and have always got food for dinners. We eat between 16:30 to 16:45
So this is how I take care of my routine and would like to know what you do. You can leave a comment below. If you like my blogs, then please click below and subscribe, as it helps it to grow and know what you like to read or learn about.
So it is end of April and means that my Change Your Life training has come to an end. Please check out my last video I did. The videos will be left up on Youtube and on this site and so if you hadn’t managed to do this training then you can do so I am all about flexibility.
So I hope you enjoyed it. I hope that you no longer feel you have no life and nothing to be credited for, but you do. WE ALL DO! Have self belief and take your time. Changes can take time but when you start to do changes each day you will see the results and so be lifted and have time for yourself. I want to help you In getting a job you love, or in a home you’ve been wanting to live in, take on a hobby or a trip to a city you’ve always wanted to go and visit and feel brighter in the mornings and look forward to each day.
I enjoy my life now. Know I am not on a huge income, I still have a bad days, but now I have more resilience and not allow things to get me down. I want to help you all to give yourself credit and celebrating you and your life.
So next will be my Summer Project 2025 and so lots more to come.
Hello and welcome! It is nearly the end of another Month. Please check out my Newsletter for April, sharing what I got up to during Easter and what is coming up in terms of my content. Monthly Newsletter
So in this Cheat Sheet are one minute tasks, as I always like to do these tasks daily and weekly and helps to break up these tasks, helps me to not feel bogged down and once done can breath instead of having a pile of coats everywhere, shoes putting dirt on your shoes, not getting dirt around the rest of the house, not being a eye sore and having more to do:
