This weeks Cheat Sheet is all about What You Can Do for Free. I like to walk to get fit that costs nothing. I like use Youtube to do some training and visiting museums and last year my son and I tried out Parkrun. This is free and not for us but may suit someone and it literally you go onto the Parkrun website and register and then your given a barcode to scan but it costs nothing. Perhaps my son and I will try in a few years time as I wasn’t fully prepared and didn’t feel it, but many kids and adults take part and there is a outdoors gym and so I wanted to share things you can do for free and my Cheat Sheets are free to download and print.
I like to use APPs like Notes, Journal and The fitness APPs which are free and came with my phone and good to keep notes of blog ideas and just a back up and just use what can cost me nothing and save for the things I do want to pay for.
I post these every Monday ACCEPT BANK HOLIDAYS and I hope you enjoy them.

This weeks Cheat Sheet is ideas in Setting goals. I am not made really any new ones. I am working on being more organised, with my homes. I live with my husband and Son and with my Mum and Step dad.
I still decluttering and tidying different places, but that is it really. I have created visions boards and I have room ideas as I have been working on changing it. I am more changing my focus. I am not going to have many commitments for myself and focus on my son, homes and walks. Along with more radio shows and visiting many different places.
I loved that last year and want more of that. I loved our lodge we stayed in and this year we are going to the Isle of wight and Edinburgh. Visiting Windsor was good fun, so on this years wish list, is to go to St Albans, Guildford and Crystal Palace by train or bus and doing trips throughout the year.
HELLO! It is almost 2026 and so it is time to make those changes. For me I want more of what I had experienced this year (2025) and so don’t see it as starting a fresh. For me it means more growing as a person and focus on my son and on my own learning. I love to learn and listen to others that have had success as a author, right blogs and successful on Youtube and find out what works and what doesn’t.
My reading has grown so much and a habit I have stuck to. I enjoyed the walks I did, even when I was reluctant and trying out Park run and would like to try out more fitness clubs. I liked the trips we went on and met up with my eldest cousin. It was good to see family and wish it could be more often.
These are free to download and print. I post them weekly and thank you for those who have liked them and will post more come the new year.
Please check out my Vlog channel if you want to see more of my life, being a mum, writer and now do a radio show each week for my local hospital: https://www.youtube.com/@typicallondongal
It is so good to have a reset especially when you have a lot happening. We have been trying to sort out Henry, my sons, learning and get a school placement, do homeschooling until he gets a school or tutoring and then sort out his and my bedrooms and just life things like laundry, cleaning the home and at the moment I do voluntary work.
So have a great week and if you’d like to be notified when I post on this site them please subscribe.
