Believing in your dreams, Building dreams in 2019, everyonecanbuildacastle.wordpress.com, Goal setting, Never stop believing in your dreams, Set your goals for 2019

Setting goals for me is crucial and is what keeps me going, it what helps me live my dreams and reach the goals I wish to achieve.

My dreams are what keep me alive and to be the best person I can be. I know I will make mistakes as I go and grow, but I am always looking to build on myself and make changes where I know will help me towards my dreams.

This year I want to get back to walking a lot and so far by measuring my steps each day I have started to do that.

My fitness is important to me and getting disciplined again with my fitness is crucial as I not long ago got diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes.

I want to save money and stop those impulse buys and having NO BUY days are really helping, and only spending on what I need, not on items I want all the time.

Achieving my goals this year I am not going to deprive myself, but limit it and learn from my past principles that have helped me to move forward and to make changes that have made a huge difference to my life.

Quote from: https://www.success.com/19-powerful-quotes-to-inspire-greatness/

Dreams are dreams, and they live in your mind and you think of them when you least expect it, but you know they are there, so what is wrong with following your dreams?

My ultimate dream is to be a blog writer full time, there I have said it. I still working on it, but I won’t stop wanting that dream, and so I will still aim for it, I just know I need to put in the hours and time, and hopefully it will happen.

Nothing, no one can stop you from dreaming, but you can stop believing, which you have to build on and get rid of the negative and think of the positive as much as you can.

So lets dream big for 2019 and lets get those goals ticked off.

My life changes for this year is to get back into my fitness regime as I had been neglecting and I know I need to get back on track for my health, as I was diagnosed this year 2018 as having Type 2 Diabetes.

My life changes include financial changes to, and going to a NO BUY days, and see if I can do a NO BUY year for 2019 and save up to £500.

Pay off any debts, and allow myself a realistic weekly budget.

Its important for me to make life changes to start a fresh each year and season. It helps me to grow and develop myself and I know I will feel better once I have seen my financial status grow.

I also want to keep and creating new changes to my blogs and have created a Printables page on my website Carrierealworld.com, which completely free to use. I will be adding new printables each month so keep a watch out for those.

Life changes should be given different categories, Personal, financial, health and wellbeing, family and spiritual for example. You can create your own categories, but separating them out really helps me to remain focused and keep to those changes.

So lets set ourselves some goals for 2019 that will change our life.

Building Self Confidence

Building self confidence, Creating new habits, eating dissorders, everyonecanbuildacastle.wordpress.com, Feeling of hatred towards yourself, Not feeling good about yourself

Mirror mirror on the wall who is the greatest of them all.

When we look in the mirror what do you see, what do we think of ourselves and what would we change.

I hear you answer everything, I hate myself, I hate my boobs, my hair, my body, it is ugly and not what I imagine myself looking.

I can relate to this so much as I would in the passed go through those thoughts and feelings when I looked at myself in the mirror. I did develop and eating disorder, and it did bring me down to the point I felt sometimes perhaps I am better of not being in this world at all.

However you can get over these feelings, like I have by learning and saying to yourself “No more I am not going to allow these feelings of hatred towards myself anymore”

I got to the point where I was sick of feeling low and disliking myself that I decided “Right I am going to do something about this” and I have. No one in this world is perfect but everyone has strengths and everyone has weaknesses and it is how you take on challenges in your life that can make a difference. It is OK not to know everything or have everything in life, as I like not knowing sometimes, it is the unknown that can excite us and make us surprised that once we entered the unknown we can find surprises and things we have always wanted. The not having everything you want can help make you stronger by aiming towards these things, but it will take commitment, but think about the goals you want in life and go for them.

When I got married for example I hadn’t really had many serious relationships, so even though we had been together for 4 years before we wedded I had no idea really of what I was getting myself into, and I bet my husband had know idea too. I remember him continuously saying before we got married “It won’t change anything really as we already spend a lot of time together anyway” I am not sure if he was meaning this or trying to tell himself, but no one knows what being married to someone is like until they actually get married. My husband even admits that even though you think marriage won’t change a relationship it does.

So when getting married it was entering the unknown but now I am on the other side, it has been a rollercoaster at times, but we are still together and that has lead to amazing surprises, that I have the gift of love, I enjoy giving love to someone I can have a laugh with and be friends with aswell as being married to the person I had chosen, and now we have the best gift of all, a child.

This has helped me with my confidence, along with writing and exercise. I remember doing that first run, I felt like my throat was going to fall out, and my legs were gone give way, it was extremely hard, but with time and commitment I now run as if I have run all my life.

So with building confidence comes commitment, learning, making those lifestyle changes that can lead you to the unknown but will surprise and help bring you better confidence.

You will be surprised at what you can achieve when you put your heart and mind into it.

So I will support you all the way and lets get cracking.

Obstacles (jumping hurdles)

decision making, Facing your fears, Hurdles, New Career path, Obstacles

Life is about facing many obstacles and when I think of that I think of jumping hurdles, and some obstacles can become a lot harder than others. For example, you want to build your career, but there may be child care costs to think about or you notice people not being kind to you at work, because they resent what you are trying to do, and this puts you off.

Image from: https://www.clipartmax.com/middle/m2H7i8K9G6d3m2m2_businesswoman-jumping-hurdles-royalty-free-vector-clip-businesswoman-jumping-hurdles-royalty-free/

If it is people trying to knock you over, than rise above it and let them deal with those feelings, as its not your problem its theirs.

write down your fears and what is stopping you to change a habit or make life change that you know will benefit you in the long run.

What is worrying you?

What’s the worse thing that can happen?

Be honest with yourself, and what bad habits are stopping you from achieving your dreams.

I have recently chosen a different career path and working in various nurseries, but I am starting to feel is this for me? Should I stick with it or go for something else?

Those are my obstacles I am facing at the moment, and I know that I will come to a decision whether this career change is for me or not. What has helped me is keeping a list of Pros and Cons, and I am in the meantime going to look for something else and decide from there, where is my next move is going to be.

Sometimes you have to alter your dreams and goals, and that is ok, taking a different route can help. Facing those hurdles head on is the key and not to be afraid just take each path in your stride and you will soon be able to jump those hurdles with no problems at all.
