Dealing with stress, everyonecanbuildacastle.wordpress.com, Learning to breath, managing stress, Mel Robbins 5 second rule, Parenting dilemmas, Realbuzz, Top ten causes of stress and how to beat them, Walking to school
Do you ever get stressed? I know I do, every morning when I have to take my son to school, I have a battle in my head, and thinking the worst all the time.
I wish I could go a day without feeling stressed, as much as I try to cover it over, I feel it rising in my stomach and I was shaking this morning as I was making my way to take my son to school.
I came across this article on Realbuzz, talking about top 10 causes of stress, and they are all very true.
To help stop the stress, I try and take my time. I always leave plenty of time so there is no rushing anyway, but it does help, I couldn’t bare it if I had to rush.
When I thought I was late a couple of weeks ago, when I had a job interview I convinced myself that I was late, and got so worked up that I almost gave up, until some nice man who was working as security officer at another building saw that I was lost and came to my rescue.
It turned out that I wasn’t late after all and interview went well. It taught me a lesson, learn to trust myself and worst thing of being late didn’t happen it was all in my head.
I feel at times it can be easy to stress about things, and following Mel Robbins rule of counting to 5 seconds, really can help and so can breathing in and out again. Going for a walk just me for 10 to 20 minutes can be a relief to the mind and body too.
I take tablets for my anxiety and they do help, but it doesn’t mean that they are stress busters, they just help keep me sane and not going mad out of skull, because of my anxiety.
Talking to my mum about it today, she said to remember that it is only for 20 minutes or so just keep that in mind. Stress can be caused by a number of things and it can really feel like we are falling apart, but remembering it is only for a short while can help reduce the anxiety and do breath once the stressful thing you fear has come to an end.

Believing in your dreams, Building dreams in 2019, everyonecanbuildacastle.wordpress.com, Goal setting, Never stop believing in your dreams, Set your goals for 2019
Setting goals for me is crucial and is what keeps me going, it what helps me live my dreams and reach the goals I wish to achieve.
My dreams are what keep me alive and to be the best person I can be. I know I will make mistakes as I go and grow, but I am always looking to build on myself and make changes where I know will help me towards my dreams.
This year I want to get back to walking a lot and so far by measuring my steps each day I have started to do that.
My fitness is important to me and getting disciplined again with my fitness is crucial as I not long ago got diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes.
I want to save money and stop those impulse buys and having NO BUY days are really helping, and only spending on what I need, not on items I want all the time.
Achieving my goals this year I am not going to deprive myself, but limit it and learn from my past principles that have helped me to move forward and to make changes that have made a huge difference to my life.

Dreams are dreams, and they live in your mind and you think of them when you least expect it, but you know they are there, so what is wrong with following your dreams?
My ultimate dream is to be a blog writer full time, there I have said it. I still working on it, but I won’t stop wanting that dream, and so I will still aim for it, I just know I need to put in the hours and time, and hopefully it will happen.
Nothing, no one can stop you from dreaming, but you can stop believing, which you have to build on and get rid of the negative and think of the positive as much as you can.
So lets dream big for 2019 and lets get those goals ticked off.
Many thanks for reading

Goal setting for 2019, Life changes for 2019, New year 2019, New Years resolutions, Starting a fresh for 2019
My life changes for this year is to get back into my fitness regime as I had been neglecting and I know I need to get back on track for my health, as I was diagnosed this year 2018 as having Type 2 Diabetes.
My life changes include financial changes to, and going to a NO BUY days, and see if I can do a NO BUY year for 2019 and save up to £500.
Pay off any debts, and allow myself a realistic weekly budget.
Its important for me to make life changes to start a fresh each year and season. It helps me to grow and develop myself and I know I will feel better once I have seen my financial status grow.
I also want to keep and creating new changes to my blogs and have created a Printables page on my website Carrierealworld.com, which completely free to use. I will be adding new printables each month so keep a watch out for those.

Life changes should be given different categories, Personal, financial, health and wellbeing, family and spiritual for example. You can create your own categories, but separating them out really helps me to remain focused and keep to those changes.

So lets set ourselves some goals for 2019 that will change our life.
