Hello and thank you so much for your feedback of the blogs I shared for my Autumn Reset, and it really has helped me get tasks finished and plan to do another in 2023.
I have put together a free printable for you to help you have a reset this Autumn and other ones to come.
I am still doing my challenges, so this month September through to October I am doing a reset and going through my routine to see if it can be better, as hate it when it feels like Groundhog and I have published a new video talking about how it is not about Materialistic things, and so check this out along with my newsletter linked above.
Its about getting projects finished, including newsletter that was on my list and so see above, but want my new book finished and published and finish my Autumn Reset printable I am putting together too, so again I will once it is finished link it to my blog and on my main Youtube channel.
Like I said I do have another two youtube channels, blogs, and I am on social media and check out my Pinterest and have written books, on amazon under the names, Carrie Challoner, Carrie Lee Holmes and Carrie Holmes. I am going to list all my books at some point to amazon, so will let you know once that is done.
Checkout all the links below of where you can find my content that I post each week and month.
Yes so I will be posting videos on my Main Youtube Channel and already put my first one up on my channel The Typical London Gal Carrie Holmes, talking about Getting the most of the days.
I have also created a Printable to go through what I will be talking about, and topics I will be covering. Like an outline of my Life Coaching project.
Yes the last day and it has gone so fast. We are heading into the 3rd quarter and have more things to come, and will be my “Summer Project 2022” and so more blogs to come.
Check out my Pinterest that has a lot of tools and information I have shared, and more will be coming, and I have created a printable summarising my “2022 Project”, see below:
Hello and welcome! Thank you to those already liking my blog I did yesterday, I now have a brand new free EBook, my first one of many for 2022 and my first Newsletter with a quote of the month and about challenges that are coming up and this Newsletter will be monthly and this is the first one ever and first one of 2022.
For a long time I did but rarely achieved them so for me I like making Life Changes that I know I can continue and stick too. My goal for this year was create more a EBooks and I did that. I wanted to expand my blogs and I done that too, and so for me no, resolutions don’t work, but Life changes do.
This year it is going to be expanding myself and I have created a printable on my Intentions for this year.
I feel intentions help towards goals and creating new habits. I want to be more healthy and so I have done that subconciously by drinking water at the end of the day and in the mornings, I do 6 exercises workouts that fit into my current lifestyle and have more time to play with my son and I want to next look into having my own home, new job as well as working on my books, blogs, videos and online courses.
The other life change is constructive purchases and build more savings and to save myself more money in otherways. Example I want to print off my membership Barcode to start earning rewards when purchasing items I need from H&M, like if I need more leggins and saw a lady wearing pinstripe leggins, so want to save to be able to buy
I have got into the habit of setting targets for myself to expand my content and work on my Youtube channels and grow as a writer, being a mum and learning more things that will help me mentally and physically to.
So lets get this new year kick start and enjoy being in 2022.
Happy new year and many thanks for reading,
Carrie X
P.S: I also have a youtube channel and had done many life coaching videos on there and so can find my under:
Hello and welcome! thank you for taking the time to read my blogs and your feedback means a lot, and I know that my blogs are helpful to you and is reaching out to you.
In this blog I a talking about reflecting over the year, and it has been a mixture of good and bad. Yet compared to last year a lot better and accomplished a lot, yet there have been years where I haven’t and often I feel that I get left behind.
For my last son’s swimming lesson for this year, I couldn’t find my sons goggles and swimming hat and I often lose items and get annoyed with myself so from this year is to stop rushing and take my time. In the end I went out early to buy him another pair of goggles and swimming hat, and so made me see that it can workout even if it is getting stuff at last minute.
I was in a mental health hospital and was a break I needed and saw more about people being in two of these hospitals as they all are there to get themselves back on track, with their life and not feel alone in their mental health and I did build good relationships in both the hospitals.
To reflect I separate my goals quarterly now and has made a huge difference to getting projects completed, I have already set out quarterly goals for next year and going to write them up on paper I have stored in my old home in Epsom, to put up on the wall.
I have learned so much from this year, setting myself challenges like 21 day challenges and 30 day ones, made me surprised of what I can accomplish in short time and implimented new habits into my life, like setting things up the day before rather than on the day, and spending time to sort my space I have out, managing motherhood with things I need to get done, it just helped me see that I can make the most of time and have time watching TV rather than Youtube, and giving myself some credit and have some self care.
I do look after my skin and realised what true things mean the world to me. Like taking my son out and monitoring my time spent and enjoying walking and travelling.
I love to travel and so will take these to the next year and accomplish even more.
I have created a printable about Dividing your time:
Do you often question your life? I know I do, and this part of the year is where I feel the most stressed and if knew why I’d say but I don’t. I think the changing of the clocks can effect me as it has for years when going to and back in the dark we need that Vitamin D in our bodies and when you lack it I believe from my experience that my body is lacking that Vitamin, so I am going to pick up Vitamin D supplement to help this.
When it comes to winter time I do what it takes to rise my spirits up, when leaving now and also the lack of energy I feel is nature, my period, sorry if that is TMI its true, my monthly cycle can effect my mood.
I like to go for walks and yesterday I had a good constructive day even though at the time it didn’t feel like it.
I find I need to get out and see people. I love travelling to and from different places so going to plan some winter walks and looking to do more volunteer/fundraising for charity again as I was doing fundraising events, like the London 10K and Race for life and more.
When you do such things it really is rewarding and I miss it.
I need a more changes in my life now and feel it will happen I just need to be patient and build more around me to prevent me from feeling the winter slump that I can often feel.
I am looking forward to Christmas and have many things planned and this helps pull me through too, and feel like I have acccomplished a lot even when feeling less energentic and going to push through.
I have created a printable a free EBOOK for this site, to help you find your dream job, and here is linked below:
I hope you find this helpful as I have seen many looking for new jobs and want to help you in finding your dream job.
When we feel we aren’t getting anywhere brainstorm to workout why and being on your period is unavoidable but how you feel towards the hormones is to say “Stop I am gonna have a good day regardless”.
Reflect over the year you have had, what would have changed what can you learn from this year so far so it ends better than what he begun and what can you change right now. Not yesterday or tomorrow but now?
Be honest with yourself and mark from 1 to 10 how you feel and what one change would mean to your life as we draw near to another one?
Many thanks for reading,
Carrie X
P.S: I do have many other books if you would like to check them out:
It is almost the end of another year and before you know it we will be in 2022, and it is getting to the time where I will set my goals for the year to follow 2021 and so I will be checking through mine and creating new ones.
I will be creating printables to help you set goals too.
See Printables I have made for your happy journal, I have put together these for you to use how ever way you wish.
