Sorry there was no cheat sheet last week, my son was off from school with a Chest Infection, but all better now. These Cheat Sheets are free to download and print and I post them every Monday. This weeks one is al about Staying Safe in your home. Today watching the news, a charger that was bought from Amazon exploded in a families home, causing a fire and I have had accidents in the home, like playing about on the stairs and fell down them.
It is so easily done and now we are heading for the colder season, we will be relying on electric appliances, spending longer days indoors, cleaning our home for the autumn and so wanted so lets all keep ourselves and our homes safe.

Hi All it is now Autumn and this means this is the beginning of my yearly programme, my Autumn Reset which is all about getting the things I have been working on completed and give advice as I am doing this reset starting tomorrow, 10th September to then end of October.
I have like my Summer Project Life Coaching programme, I have created a free printable and is completely free to download and use.

Hello and I hope you have had a good month so far and soon it will be July and time is moving so fast that finding it hard to catch up, but has been good. My son yesterday was told he goes up to stage 4 next September. He has swimming lessons every Saturday and so that was good to to find that out, and planning for the Summer Holidays which my newsletter I post each month is about and giving ideas of places to go in the UK, like last year we went to North Greenwich on an Uber Boat and was such good fund so planning more trips this year and ready for them.
