It is another week and when it is raining then there is nothing better than having a day indoors and have some time on your own and then family time. Please check out this weeks Cheat Sheet:
Sorry there was no cheat sheet last week, my son was off from school with a Chest Infection, but all better now. These Cheat Sheets are free to download and print and I post them every Monday. This weeks one is al about Staying Safe in your home. Today watching the news, a charger that was bought from Amazon exploded in a families home, causing a fire and I have had accidents in the home, like playing about on the stairs and fell down them.
It is so easily done and now we are heading for the colder season, we will be relying on electric appliances, spending longer days indoors, cleaning our home for the autumn and so wanted so lets all keep ourselves and our homes safe.
Sorry that this is late but we went to a park to meet up with my brother and friends for a Picnic, and ran out of time this morning. This weeks cheat sheet is about planning meal time as I plan each week as will back making dinners as my son starts school next week and so these tips will help you get back into cooking meals after the summer of picnics and eating out.

Yes it is August and the last month of summer and means that going back to school is on the horizon and here are some tips on getting your life together post holidays.
I thought of this cheat sheet this week by doing my monthly shop where I by bits for the local food bank in Wimbledon/Merton to give back and also because my step dad helps an elderly lady and it is so rewarding to help others and we should all be working together for no more war, hunger and seeing families struggle to put food on the table.
These are tips on how you can do different acts of kindness if you know people that on their own and just need to see someone who wants to give them some company each day or week, but brightens up their day and not left all alone.
These are completely free to download and print and let me know your feedback on them and if there are other printables you’d find useful based on the content on this blog site and I do have many and do post a lot on my Pinterest and my social media platforms too:
