Hello it is the end of the week and I have been putting together my daily and weekly habits that I want to comply for myself, to help kick start my days and weeks.
Here is a preview of my daily and weekly habits to help give your ideas of what to do:

What I plan to do is to print them off laminate them and cross each item off once completed each day.
Creating positive habits is a great way to make time for yourself aswell as looking after others, especially if you have children.
Set a side time to do things you want to do, rather them being dictated by someone else.
Be as creative as you want to be, and this also sets a positive example for your children, to give themselves love and attention, aswell helping them to become independent.
