Hello it has been one good start of the week. My son had his end of year ceremony at his school and is now leaving the school to go on to Secondary School and it was so touching seeing all the children getting up and receiving a book which had messages from teachers and a medal.

So thought this Cheat Sheet would be relevant to that because kids love challenges.

Please check it out here:

Hello and welcome! I hope you are okay and adapting to the weather. This is being written in June 2025 where (I’m on the UK) we have had a massive heatwave. It is nice to see the sun but the heat has been getting too much. If that annoys you and should be grateful with nice weather, then Sorry and you can skip this bit in this blog if you want to.

So this weeks Cheat Sheet is about Having A Simple Schedule. I like to plan my days, weeks and months, and so developed a system whereby I do things on a selective day, time and write down my plans as well using google calendar and Notion, so they stay in my head.

Having A Simple ScheduleDownload

These are free to download and print. If you’d like to be notified when I post on this blog then you can, just select subscribe with no cost and just helps me build my content and be some kind of support to you so you have a life where you aren’t stressing. I have always been super stressed but would wear me down so doing Simple Systems when it comes to planning and scheduling, has made me less stressed and enjoy each day.

Hello and welcome to another Cheat Sheet, which is sharing some Acts Of Kindness and how you can be a comfort to those on their own and want some company.

Acts Of KindnessDownload

It is all about making a difference and helping one another as it can be a challenging world but can be helped by helping those in need and just having a hot meal for someone who are on their own. I work for a local hospital radio show and I love it.

It can be just a simple as that and if your alone then it will benefit you too.

These Cheat Sheets are free to download and share, and can be printed off and if you’d like to read more of my blogs and printables on this site, then please subscribe.

Many thanks for reading,
