I have come to realise that it is not how much you do, but how you go about completing tasks. Some things may not have worked out and I have had a health check and has taken over taken some projects and learnt that it is about timing. My husband has changed location of his job so not had shelf put up but by the time you read this blog I would have decluttered more and have my shelf up.

My book is taking shape. I have two more edits to do but hope aswell this is practically done and then out before Christmas.

Learning what works for me. So when I like to work on my book, go on walks to boost my energy and like the one at a time method. So I have been clearing one thing from my room each day when I have not done a multiple items of things I no longer want and not feel under pressure, but putting clothes away and display my sons canvases in his room until my husband paints the room and then can put pictures on the wall and going through his clothes and recycling and just focus on what I can do, rather than what I can’t.

My son is transitioning so his tastes are changing so want to make his room his and he is not one to be in his room in the day. We spend a lot of time in the living room but want him have a space that’s just his and so want to put up pictures he can look at so doing what I can until it gets painted.

I love doing Autumn Reset. It is a good time to make changes and working on projects to finish, when the summer holidays are over and just like to have things mapped out.

So I hope you have enjoyed my blogs and next it is my Winter Wellness. This is all about using Winter to slow down and not allow the shorter days get to us but use it to still get out and having Winter projects.

It once again is for those that are subscribed.

Many thanks for reading,
