To make your life your own, you have to find out who you are, and as we grow into adults we can still be figuring this out.
The worst thing you can do is compare yourself, as I find that when I do I am instantly putting unnecessary pressure on myself. It is all about what works for you and what makes you happy, that gives you energy.
Listening to Mel Robbins, she describes passion as a sauce of energy that gives you that feeling of “I can do this and I am gonna do this”.
Without passion we wouldn’t have determination or drive, so we need to sit down and go through what makes you tick, gives you that sauce that tells you, “You’re on to something here” and makes you successful and brings you joy.
Never copy someone but learn from someone, how they carry themselves, what habits they do each day that gives them drive each day to succeed in everything they do, what is there daily routine and what habits could you adopt from them that will make your life your own.
If you don’t feel like your life is your own, then go through what you do in your life at the moment and who is in your life. Perhaps you keep having bad relationships that make your feel worthless, or could be stuck in a job you don’t like and feel trapped.
You are in charge of your life noone else, so live it and have faith in yourself that your life is yours and do what makes you happy and don’t let things you currently have around you, drag you down.
So lets keep going and please let me know what makes you happy and how you have made your life your own. All comments can be left alone.
Many thanks for reading,
