Hi All I am back and it is 2020 I have been having a tough time recently I do find the new year a challenging time because it is a new beginning and means like many of us I have found it tough to readjust.
I am working on my first E book which is all about something that I have become familiar with and that is Self Sabotage and Scrutinization and how to overcome these obstacles and to begin 2020 with a bang, check out these videos below about Get Your Life Together in 2020 and creating life changing habits for a more productive life.
For me 2020 is about a fresh start and finding my feet again and really focusing on what I really want to do with my life. I want to coach and make people laugh and share my passion for music.
Life is about for me empowerment which I write a lot about and productivity.
Set goals and have a target and focus.
Even the simplest of things like altering a habit in your life like stop smoking, cutting down and getting back on the treadmill can make a massive impact.
Focus on what you can do, rather than what you can’t do and be real to yourself. If you find writing down a whole list of to do lists too overwhelming chop it up into one or two things a day but still with an aim (goal) in mind.
Life is about living and for me I want to live the best life I possibly can. Living in darkness is hard but once the light turns back on there can be no stopping me and that is my aim for this year. What is yours? and what goals have you set? Keep on living and growing and you would be surprised at what you can really achieve.
