Hello! Welcome March.. I wonder how many is aware of Mothers day on Sunday? As I didn’t realise so it is time to get those flowers, perhaps a trip somewhere or a meal to celebrate our Mumma’s and Nanna’s for all we do.

So this cheat sheet is about Getting The Best Out of Life. I love my days now and the one thing I like to do is walk and when walking on the treadmill for example I play four songs and then finished. Since doing that it has helped me to focus and do between 15 to 18 minutes. I do have a blogsite where I share my fitness: Get Active Get Fit

So here is this weeks Cheat Sheet:

Tips on how to get the Best out of lifeDownload

There is a blank page for you to write down What things you’d like to implement each day to get The Best Out of Life.

These Cheat Sheets are free to download and print and are on different topics and I love doing them and I hope you enjoy reading them.

You can find all my cheat sheets on my Pinterest, X and Facebook:

building your life, Creating a mindmap, Focus, free printable

If you have plans but you are not sure where to start I’d recommend doing a Mind Map. I do this a lot. It helps with overwhelm and lay out what you want to focus on and building by creating steps to allow it to grow and build whatever that is that you want to see “GROW” my word for this year (2026) and so I have created a printable for you use and I hope you find it helpful.

Mind Map PrintableDownload

This is free to download and print and will be creating more. You can find my printables on my Resource Library and on my Pinterest which has all my blogs and printables, such as my Weekly Cheat Sheets and Monthly Newsletter, as I have many and I create each week and printables for my yearly programmes.

I’d recommend for you to subscribe on here and on my Pinterest to be notified of when I post and I post each week.

I love to spread my blogs, books and videos. You can share them too. I have a Vlog channel and share more of my life and would be great for you to subscribe there too.

Its a bit like doing a family tree. So you can do from yourself. So Carrie, I write blogs, Books and youtube. I want to publish another book, I am a mum, and need to get Henry ready and settled in his new school, I want to grow my blogs and do some new training on my Educational Youtube channel.

So I hope you enjoy this tool and there will be more coming.

daily tasks and habits, free printable, managing your life, organising my life, weekly blog

You look at a windowsill in your home and it is cluttered so you tidy it up and now you have a a bit more structure. Your child gets a certificate for learning at school. I manage to cook a meal, never cook before. These are the small things that can make a big difference in how we see ourself and our life.

This weeks Cheat Sheet is all about the Daily things I like to do on a daily basis that sets up my day. The small wins are just as good as the small ones. Today I tidied up and get clothes out of my son for the day. Have my two cups of tea I like to have in the mornings and later will get a take away coffee.

Things I like to do on a Daily basisDownload

These are free to download and print. If you’d like to be notified of when I post on this Online Platform then please subscribe.

It can be the hardest the times when you have nothing set up to feel good about yourself and your life. It is all about living in the moment and like I did another Radio show yesterday after feeling so nervous and it was good and so tip# Go through what you have done each day.

It is a better feeling that you have taken on action, a step towards the bigger tasks like at the weekend, I went through my clothes and it is good to let things go, to focus on each day and I don’t need a new outfit all the time and rather book things to do. At half term I am taking my son to a show and take him to the Cat Cafe in London and like booking days out for my son.

Tip# Write down what you enjoy.

Tip# Get a bag and start to go through a draw and at the weekend as I had so many clothes, told my mum to get rid of anything in the draws I was using, away. I am moving so no longer going to live in Wimbledon, this is a huge change and means really getting my head down and do more things to move towards the bigger things I want to do and decide on what is important to me now and what is not. Making one change can make a huge different. Check this blog: Making one change

Hello and Welcome! It is that time again for a new Newsletter and setting those goals for 2026. I post these each month and are free to download and print.

This year I am going to be a lot more organised and sort out my home and I have chosen my word for 2026 “Grow” and so that is what I am going to do. I want to see my blogs, books and videos grow by working on these three things along with my radio show I do on Epsom Hospital Radio and also my learning.

Soon it will be February and I am not one who celebrates Valentines Day but Easter and already stores are selling Easter Eggs. I am going through a declutter and moving so, many changes but I have decided that I am going to embrace them, especially when it something you can’t control.
