Hello! Belated Happy New Year heading towards February. I post a newsletter every month. It is free to download and print. I had a good Christmas and New Year. It was so relaxing and stress free. I didn’t cook the dinner my husband did and it was very nice.

My son and I did our Christmas Day Walk and was like always so peaceful.

I have set my goals and life changes. I met up with my colleagues on Epsom Hospital Radio. We had a Belated Christmas Dinner at the Rubbing House on the Epsom Downs. It was very nice and just a lovely evening. If you want to volunteer to work on Epsom Hospital Radio, check this link.
