Hi All, so it has been a while since I updated this page. I have since this first EBook, written more and so here are a few of the new ones I have written and are all available from Amazon.com and Scribd. 


This EBBook is all about Things to change one day at a time. I don’t like giving myself more than 7-8 things to do each week and each day. Following the methods in this book, this helps you to do one thing at a time, and spend sometime on the things you want to do, aswell as the things you got to do. I not a fan of cleaning, but I know it has to be done, so just removing one item out of a room, into the room it should be in, is still cleaning and tidying.

Mental health is for some as I have come to realise, is different for different people, and some people still find it a Tabu subject, but it is those that often don’t like to hear about, are those that don’t know much about it.

I have had mental health issues throughout my life and it was that I was not always comfortable in my own skin, and work what ever it is you do especially nursers and doctors can be stressful and can also have nental health issues because of the type of work they do.

This is book it talking about Work based mental health and how it can be supported and helped.

I was bullied in a workplace a few times and you go through oh “It must have been my fault”, “Pershaps i wasn’t coming across correctly” yet it is those again that don’t get work based stressed, where being someone that will jump in with both feet will often hit a brick wall, as I call it and get so engrosed and with Lockdown that was what I was doing to stay busy. Keep in contact with people still via the net.


This EBook is Sharing how I have helped my confidence, it never happened overnight and was something I had to work really hard at to feel good inside and outside, so this book giving tips and simple ideas of how to building and maintain your confidence.
